Maybe they'll reply to my e-mail if I leave a one star here.SUPER shady business. They claim that I can cancel during my 30 day free trial. There isn't an option to cancel at all. I e-mailed them and they didn't reply back, so I had to e-mail a second time. Because of this, I will definitely not return and encourage friends and family to steer far away. No phone number to call either about issues...

I love the products available at Rise, and have consistently found them to be cheaper than other locations. Customer service has always been prompt and courteous. I appreciate having the things I need delivered right to my door. Absolutely would recommend this company to anyone looking to eat and live healthier.

This is a great subscription! I save so much money on pantry staples and try so many interesting new items, particularly locally-made foods. Our family orders from here very regularly. I discovered Rise Market through Joyous Health, who I follow on Facebook. It is membership based, but a yearly membership works out to about $5.00 a month and I saved that on my first two orders. Definitely worth it! Great selection, great service, great prices.

I love Rise Market! I've been a member since they launched and it just continues to get better over time! They have an ever-expanding list of healthy brands at great prices. They have lots of grocery staples and are expanding their supplements and personal care. They carry a lot of small, local brands. Shipping is quick and everything is always nicely packaged. My membership has definitely already paid off. As a bonus, they give a membership to an essential worker for each purchased membership.

I've recently become a member of Rise Market and I really love it. They are expanding their selection every day and the shipping is fast and easy. The prices are actually less expensive (I've compared against other Natural Food stores & Amazon) so the membership price is well worth it. And I love that they pop in some free samples with every order and there is usually a nice hand written note. I am a happy customer.
