What we very much appreciated was how thorough, professional and expert Top Tech is. After diagnosing the issue quickly and even though advising it would be expensive for an older machine like ours, to close the loop, I received a call advising that it was as I was told - over $300 - making it not sensible to repair. What triggered me to post my review is my experience with another firm in a new development out of Top Tech's coverage area where the dryer was on warranty and only 5 times during the 8 months from it being brand new was it finally diagnosed and fixed. I had my tenant bring in that same old firm to look at the washing machine not draining and despite being told it's not just soap, I continue to be plagued with lousy diagnostics.

Max installed our new washer/dryer combo and did a wonderful job. He was quick to respond to our service request, prompty installed the equipment, made sure to use great quality parts / installation kits and verified that the washer/dryer worked properly. It's been running smoothly since and we are very happy with it. Many thanks to Max!

My fridge was no longer cooling so called Max to get to fixed. Excellent communication over the phone and text. He arrived even before the estimated arrival time. Very personable and friendly. Did a diagnostic and provided the information I needed. Unfortunately it was bad news for me since I needed a new condenser for a newer version fridge, but he gave great advice about my fridge. I'd highly recommend him.

Excellent next day service from Max. He wore his mask in my home, was available by phone on a Saturday night and returned promptly when further adjustment on my dishwasher door was required.

I have nothing but praise for the service I received from Max. He came the same day I phoned him, within the time frame agreed on. He worked patiently on my fridge, correctly diagnosed the problem, and ordered the necessary part. 24 hours later he came back with the part and fixed my fridge.He was most pleasant on the phone as well as in person. The repair wasn't an easy job, but he worked cheerfully until the problem was resolved..I highly recommend Top Tech Appliances to anyone who who needs their repair services.

This is the 3rd appliance Max has come to repair - always prompt, phones a few minutes before arrival to let you know he is on his way. Every repair job was explained and all functioning great afterwards. This is great as I bought the place with appliances so I don’t know how old any of them are. I would recommend him for any appliance repair.

We have known Max the owner for 8 years we always call him when we have problems with our appliances. Great person, Great services, Great prices. He fixed the appliance the right way!

Be aware, even a minor adjustment will cost you $250! I received the following quote via email: Yes. We can repair it for you. It has to be checked first. It costs 95.00 for initial service". When I asked what the repair cost would be

On December 19th 2022 we woke up and found that refrigerator that was not working. At promptly 10:00 AM we contacted Max Nash and informed him of our problem. He advised that he could be on site by 3:00 - 4:00 PM. I texted him the details and he arrived at approximately 3:PM. In a short length of time he identified the problem as an overload relay. He had one on hand and quickly made the repair. The refrigerator has been running perfectly ever since.I found him very friendly and his work was much appreciated.Ron Stutters
