Alt Hotel Toronto Airport

Had a fantastic stay! Meeting room was wonderful, food was great. We were all really happy with how our event turned out. The staff was wonderful. Thank you!

The NOTHING Hotel!! Want the breakfast? Well you can't have it until 7 AM. This is an airport hotel and people are already on the move as early 5.30 or 6 AM to get to their flights. Not even a coffee machine in the lobby. Nothing in the room either. No kettle, microwave, nothing. This is no more than a shower and sleep place. Even the TV is complicated to use. Short walk from the rail to the airport which is convenient.

Easy to get to the hotel even with bags as you can use the terminal luggage carts. Very friendly and efficient staff. Great wood fired pizza. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely recommend it as an place to stay.

We recently had a memorable stay at Alt Hotel with our beloved dog, Bruce. The entire staff treated us exceptionally well, and we would like to give a special shout-out to Jose and the Spanish-speaking lady who made our experience even more enjoyable. They served our lunch promptly, allowing us to enjoy a quick and delicious meal together with Bruce.The room provided us with a comfortable and pet-friendly environment. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to cater to our furry companion's needs. Bruce felt right at home, and we appreciated the designated area provided for us to enjoy meals alongside him.The hotel's dining experience exceeded our expectations. The restaurant offered delicious pizzas that left us wanting more, and the breakfast was delicious as well. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the wide variety of options available.Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made our travel experience hassle-free. It was easily accessible from terminals 1 and 3 at the airport, allowing us to reach the hotel quickly and enjoy more time during our stay.Overall, our stay at Alt Hotel was outstanding. The exceptional service, pet-friendly accommodations, delightful dining options, and convenient location made it a truly remarkable experience. We highly recommend Alt to anyone that need to stay a day or two neat the airport with their furry friends.

Wow, this place was lovely. The rooms were terrific. I loved the high ceilings, compact but beautiful and functional decor, and of course the beds. It's all concrete construction, so very quiet.

What an absolutely horrible horrible customer service and attitude from the manager, Carlo.I was at the booking page, which by the way is from the Stone Age. There is no cancellation policy detail, no parking details, nothing. Just payment info.So I call the hotel and I get put on a 10 minute hold after which someone promptly proceeds to hang up on me (probably a shift change).When I call back, I get the voicemail.Third time around, Carlo answers and proceeds o give me an apology that was as insincere as grass is green in the spring! Un-freaking-believable.Naturally, I’m annoyed and he worsens the conversation by providing me with parking info with an attitude. Wow. Furthermore, the outdoor parking is prone to theft and vandalism so there goes that peace of mind out the window.You folks need to learn a thing or two about customer service and how to handle things on the phone. Weirdos.

Location is great as the link train comes directly here from the airport. Room was clean. Walls didn’t seem thin, didn’t hear anything from either outside or adjoining rooms. There aren’t any windows in the room. Good spot for business travel, has everything you need for a quick trip. Chromecast worked from my phone to the TV. Parking isn’t covered and was $20 a night, but seemed safe enough. The pizza restaurant downstairs was nice to have as there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance, but the pizza was slightly too salty. Staff was friendly.

Good hotel. Flexible check out time. Good rooms, better price than the Sheridan. Easy to get to the airport - walk out, 1 minute walk to the mono rail, and take that to your terminal. Our parking was in the covered garage, connected to the monorail building. I was parked on the 4th level so it was easy to get luggage from and and back to the vehicle at the end of our trip. Alt Hotel also has a decent little restaurant/bar.

Stayed one night after a late overseas flight. April 2023.I had booked the room using American Airlines AAdvantage points. On arrival
