Informative, caring, and reassuring post partum help. Heard how distraut I was over the phone and got me in earlier than my expected appointment. So thankful for the help I recieved. Thank you Mylene!!

The nurses seemed quite disorganized. The first visit I had she didn't use a tray or anything but just kept the needles on the space in her keyboard so they wouldn't roll around. This struck me as a bit odd. The second visit I had she seemed to be in a rush. She had a tray and everything but she was going so fast that I bled quite a bit and when she stuck the bandaids on my puncture mark she put the sticky part of the bandaid over top on both arms so when I went to take the bandaid off it ripped the scabs off with it too. Just seemed like something a nurse should know not to do. The third visit took the nurse quite a while to rifle through my paperwork and make sure she had everything sorted out. Not one of my appointments started on time. This facility is definitely geared more towards infants and children care. The parking lot is usually a nightmare and the building and medical facility seem to be quite dated. I will not return here for any medical needs but will find one a bit more modern and clean with focused nurses.

After I had my baby, I had a few visits with nurse Susan for monitoring my newborn. She is extremely knowledgeable and good at what she does! Gave me lots of tips on breastfeeding which honestly saved me and my husband and allowed us more than an hour of sleep at a time. I could tell that she really cared about the parents and babies under her care.Appointments were always on time, we checked in with reception and were seen right away.Thank you Susan for the care and compassion you showed for two new sleep-deprived parents!
