Great little place for band or individual practice

Great rehearsal studio especially for the price. Great communication as well.

Nice place to practice super close to downtown. I booked a solo session to practice drums and all I had to bring were my sticks. They have a full PA set up as well as drum set and keyboard. Great rates compared to other practice spaces & super easy to book. Oh, did I mention the A/C and fan setup?

great space to practice. A good PA capable of pushing through a loud drummer, enough speakers that everyone can hear the vocalist. The amps are good, and the kit is in decent condition so everything you need for a practice

Used their Jam Studio 2, and the equipment is in bad shape. The drums in particular, none of the shell heads were tuned, and with such a strict time limit I had no choice but to use as is. The stands for the cymbals never stayed in place, however I was forced to use their ride as the bolt holding it is stripped closed.The space was cramped and barely fit five guys, especially knowing three of them are using guitars and a bass.Not worth the money spent, or convenience of a backline. Spend your time and money somewhere else.

Great price for this little rehearsal space!Drums and keyboards included, so your band doesn't have to haul in their biggest gear. Does make the room a bit cozy if you have a larger group thougy.Cannabis dispensary in the building means the whole hallway reeks, but that's probably appropriate for a jam space. Just mentioning it as a warning for anyone sensitive to scents.
