Ordered 3 veggie hebenero wraps and instead got chicken ones and even take one bite and I am a vegetarian. Poor service.

I don't even bother with this tim hortons anymore. Their drive thru has been closed due to not enough staff.. for like 2 years. Just hire more staff. In the mean time, the owner of this place better be paying these guys well over minimum wage.. If they don't, the management is cheap trash.To those who work there, your hard work is appreciated and we respect it a hellova lot more then your management does. If they still can't hire on more staff to help out, please go find employment where youre more valued within. You guys deserve it.

It would be nice if you could cut bagels. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, and no attempt at cutting it in half. And this after waiting because someone in the drive thru ordered the same bagel after I did but I got to stand in a crowded store waiting for them to make another one because the drive thru is more important than people who ordered first. I guess I’ll cash in my points and get my coffee and food elsewhere.McDonalds has better coffee anyway!!

From an avid Tim Hortons customer this was genuinely my worst ever experience. Completely forgot our food order and when I questioned this the manager gave me a rude reply. 50 minutes waiting for 2 bacon B.E.L.Ts and the managers rude mannerism really shocked me and turned me off tims

The absolute worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited in my life! Waited 25 minutes for 3 items (sandwich, crispy chicken bacon wrap wrap and a chili) and the quality of food we received was awful and the wrap was wrong after waiting that amount of time.

Staff doesn't know what they are missing in their own menu. Wasted a lot of time for them to figure out they couldn't complete my order. They did order to sub for something cheaper but did not offer to refund the difference in price

9 people in the line up in the store...I person serving us while the drive thru had the remainder of the staff.Really disappointing that the theme of Timmies is to treat the in-store customers with less respect than the drive thru customers

Only good if you are in a hurry. Golden has a lot of really good cafés if your not in a rush. Worth the wait. Timmys will do if you're rushed for time, but why rush when your in BC.
