I rented a storage unit from Tom at West range storage for about 6 months. We never actually met not even in the beginning because our time lines didn't coincide however he was patient and made it very easy to do payment online. He was very fair and even waved a couple of days late fees he could have got me on to my bank errors but he was thoughtful and didn't charge me extra. When I discontinued renting a storage unit Tom made it very easy to finalize our business together and also refunded my deposit swiftly. I only have one negative when doing business here. West range storage units are located just before you enter into the town of Marble. These units are watched over with security cameras however it's surrounded by tall trees and in the evening is very poorly lit. Tom informed me that my unit along with three or four others had been broken into. I feel that Western storage units in marble are more likely to get broken into again because it's not very well lit no security fence and far enough away from the first house in town that most people aren't going to hear any commotion if somebody were breaking into a surgeon. Sorry Tom but if you get a few more high-rise light posts and door a security fence I would say you're perfect to do business with.
