Fantastic service and excellent selection. I was enquiring about a specific piece and Melissa found it, plus something truly unique I didn't even know I was looking for. My time in Toronto was very short and she went above and beyond in terms of service, even having the piece delivered upon my arrival to Toronto. I've purchased watches from many shops over the years but it's the people that make the difference - I highly recommend this shop.

I want to thank Ebillion professionalism , even for a costumers like me from out side their region they deliver their services at highest quality, I bought a watch cost more than $65k and I’m in Dubai!! , I was worried that the watch will not be brand new or 2020 model and the watch arrived as described by them with original box and papers and I’m so happy with itSpecial thanks to Melissa Dixon who manage to provide all the support I need during my purchasing process

I bought a watch winder and unfortunately caused damage to it. I contacted ebillion in order to assist with the repair. They got me in touch with the supplier and gave me a price and said they would assist with everything and would not charge. I reached to the supplier directly and got a 40% lower price. Than they said if they were to assist they would charge me . Always nice when you already spent a considerable amount on a luxury item. Additionally I’ve emailed and called multiple times and don’t have an update as to where my watch winder even is. I even went in person to ask about obtaining 2 more high end watches and they said they will get me pricing and still haven’t. This is even with me following up on multiple occasions a. This has been the worst retail experience I’ve ever had.
