Such a great atmosphere - inside and out. We had ice cream, tacos, and beer there today, and everything was incredible. The mango salsa was to die for, and so was the Saskatoon lemonade ice cream. We sat outside, it was +30 and we had really great service and they even brought a cold bowl of water for our dog. The patio had shade and was comfortable to hang out and enjoy the weather. Can't wait to do it again. Congrats on such a cool establishment.

My kids and I had such great experience! We sampled their new made in store flavors which were amazing. Everyone was friendly and the portions were a good size too. Definitely worth the visit. Be sure to get tacos first and make sure you try the made in store ice cream.

Went for ice cream today and it was delicious! I tried the raspberry basil homemade ice cream and it was amazing. My hubby was able to have some too even though he cannot eat gluten, dairy , soy or egg. 5 stars for sure! We will be back

Reply to owner: reviews are here to help improve your business, not for you to be a keyboard warrior, your replies are childish and ignorant.Especially to assume I didn't speak up about my displeasure, maybe proper training and accountability for your business would improve overall reviews.Good luckI paid $8 for this, way too expensive for nothing. It's supposed to be two scoops but It wasn't even one scoop. Will not be back, don't waste your time or money here.

I don't understand how this place has 4.5 stars... It must be friends and family giving these reviews because me and my wife went there and she got a small cone and a bottle of water, I got a medium and a soda. My cone was almost the same as hers, only the slightest bit more ice cream. The ice cream itself was nothing special, just your standard ice cream anyone could buy at superstore, only it took the lady about 8 min until we had ice cream in out hands, and there was no line. On top of all that the bill came in at $25... for such a small portion of mediocre ice cream and 2 beverages. I think $12 would have been fair, even $15 I wouldn't complain but $25 is robbery for scoops only slightly larger than a golf ball (hers had 2 mine 2.25) unacceptable. No wonder the people on the patio all looked dissatisfied. I will never go there again. I am not exaggerating even though It may sound that way, it was then worst ice cream shop experience I ever had.

The customer service was one of the best in Red Deer. There were so many gluten free options! When I told them I was celiac, they went over and beyond to make sure the ice cream I received was safe.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ross Street Ice Cream Co., and I must say it was a delightful experience. With over 60 flavors to choose from, the variety was simply mind-blowing. The ice cream was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Combined with their diverse cone selections, it made for a truly enjoyable treat. If you're a fan of ice cream, this is a must-visit spot!

Good: the presentation and the creative flavours. Pictured is raspberry basil.Bad: it took about 10-15 minutes to get a cone. The staff member did not use a napkin to hold the cone while they scooped and the cone was noticeably wet when they handed it to me, so I grabbed my own napkin to hold the cone. The staff member also had difficulty scooping, as we could see the ice cream falling off the cone onto the back of her hand and back into the bucket. The garnishes were added using their bare hands instead of tongs. The ice cream (and garnishes) fell off the cone almost immediately and thankfully I caught the ice cream in my other hand. The staff didn't say anything so I helped myself to one of the paper bowls on the counter. The ice cream was grainy and not creamy.I'd recommend skipping this place and going to the Little Ice Cream and Soda Shoppe up the hill instead, if you want to support a locally owned ice cream shop.

Amazing value, only $2.50 for the baby size which is actually more like a regular cup size anywhere else. Their portion size is absolutely the best part!!! Will definitely be coming back here simply because they are so generous with their portions. And loved their Saskatoon Pie flavour! One of the best ice cream parlors in Alberta! The portion sizes are glorious
