Amazing service, if I could give 10 stars I would. They accidentally left out the hornworms in my order which with just finishing up the busy holiday season I totally get it, I called and left a message the next thing I know I get an email that I got refunded for the worms and they were getting shipped out. Was not expecting to get a refund and also the worms sent out. Will be buying from them from now on. Also amazing packaging and quality of the super worms I bought.

I purchased a large quantity of mealworms from Ontario and am so pleased with the quality and quantity of product received. These are hands down the best mealworms I have ever bought. Large means large. I was so used to buying inferior worms in Ontario that I was so amazed by how clean, big, juicy and fresh the Super Cricket mealworms were. Packing was amazingly neat and efficient. Very clean and organized. I am so impressed, highly recommend. Brad was also great to work with. Super nice and helpful. Thank you so much.

The good - packaged well, fair prices, live guarantee policy, variety of feeder insectsThe bad - they ship with Canada Post (unreliable company), the size variance from one order to the next (large silk worms one order 2+ inches and thick, large silkworms the next order so small you can barely tell the difference between the medium and large silkworms they send you), they only ship out Monday and Tuesday, shipping is pricey and depending on what you actually get, isn’t really worth it. Also the way they package their crickets isn’t really user friendly. The boxes they come in open super wide/short so it’s hard to transfer the crickets without a bunch jumping out. It’d be great if their boxes opened on the smallest side so it’s easier to funnel the crickets into their container without a bunch jumping out.After two orders and $280 spent , I don’t think I’ll order again unless absolutely necessary.See photo of half large silk worms and half medium silk worms.
