I had booked tickets in November for January, I had to cancel the tickets due to COVID. Ninaji has helped me throughout the refund process. I have received most of my refunds successfully and her efforts were tremendous when it comes to booking tickets. However I just booked tickets for Next week and we were on calls for hours and hours and sometimes until 1 AM in the morning and she still on calls with Airlines in order to book my tickets. Honestly I dont see this efforts in any other agents so far. She found amazing reasonable tickets for me and found lot of other information for me in regards to travel advisory. I recommended her to my other friends and she also helped them alot in booking tickets and I will keep recommending to my other friends and families.

I was looking get an affordable last minute ticket and Ninaji found one for me at night. Ninaji has always been there to help not just during business hours but also during midnights. I would 100% recommend her to everyone for her hard work and dedication. Thank you

This is a terrible company to work for. They ripped me off completely and stole my money for a credit that was owed to me. And when I tried to redeem it they tried to charge me $900 extra despite over $2000 of credit. This was my life's savings and they ripped me off. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very sketchy and the customer service is downright rude and obnoxious. Be very careful!

They provided service that goes above and beyond what we expected. One of the best Travel Agency I have ever seen. Credit goes to JR and the team. This agency has wonderful staff member, who are working day and night and they are NIck, Sapna and more. Very professional.

I am not recommended this travel agency at all. I had a very bad experience about getting refund of my cancelled all four air tickets. After numbers of follow up calls/text/emails, they are not responding proper way. Even they are not able to tell where my refund is holding or what is a cause for getting delay. After 75 days of processing refund, still I have not received my refund. No update/follow up from their side at all. There is no client support service at all.Jan 26 2021Finally my dispute resolve with all effort from my credit card company Tangerine on Jan 23rd 2021. Please note that hey temporary credited my full dispute amount in my account back in Nov 2020, within a week of file dispute. They follow up directly with Swiss Air. In all process no action taken from Airliners to resolve my issue. No follow up at all. We go through travel agency for booking flight tickets, because in this type of situation they manage and help us. But in my case no help, no follow up form Air liners. Even they don't answer your emails. No reply form top management. They just don't care about your money. Think twice before you go to Air liners.

I booked my tickets through Airliners and these guys were just awesome. Nina Arora who helped me book my dream vacation is an outstanding person. she is very kind and helps you anything regarding the bookings and searching best flights with all patience. That was the best part I liked about her. and the vacation did go well and in the cheapest and best way.

Bina Desai was a real pleasure to work with on the planning our trip to Delhi. She was referred to us from a close relative and super glad that we made that call out to her as she was very efficient, professional & had the better prices on our tickets as compared to our other Travel Agent. We will now be using her going forward on all our future travel/tours...call her and you will be amazed at the deals that she can find!

I had booked my India tickets based on behest of Sudheer Reddy who works for Airliners in Feb 2021- who said he owned the company. Later, had to cancel tickets because of COVID restrictions. Sudheer has neither returned money and says the promoters will return the money. So many reminders and they and just relentless. Am waiting to get a green signal from my attorney to sue the company. However, find it imperative to report reviews for all to know. Please do not use their service, looks like they are into the business of conning people. Lets see how the courts adjudicate - hope the law enforcement helps me. The loss of that money has had a lot of impact on my mental status as I had booked tickets to see my ailing brother who died of COVID in Jalandhar. Sudheer knew this, still he was merciless.
