Installation took 6 months longer than quoted and they didn't come back to do the final seal. We immediately had snow/rain water running into the drywall and electrics. Despite them willing to assess the issue and them promising a resolution... 2.5 years later no workman has shown to complete the job. We have given lots of opportunity to make us a happy customer but we just get brushed to the side. For the price of this sunroom, the service has been deplorable.

Our sunroom looks fabulous(!). Select Sunrooms did an amazing job from the start to finish. Their service was impressive and the trades people who handled the installation, foam insulation of the flooring and electrical were top notch professionals. I wish I had discovered them a long time ago. Nevertheless , my summer has already arrived when I am sitting in my sunroom in April! So very happy with the results!!

This review is a year late. We had Fred and his team built a 3-season sunroom on top of our existing deck last year. The result was a stunning, integrated addition to our home. Fred took care of everything with such professionalism from the beginning to the end. He and his team was also responsive to our questions and concerns. With any construction, there are always issues which we expected. But Fred resolved every issue we had very, very quickly. We are super happy with our sunroom and have received many compliments from our friends and family. Will not hesitate to recommend them!

More importantly their expertise in design, what suits your home, budget and needs is meet, if not exceeded. From great product selection, to quality and professional installers the experience and overall customer service is consistent. Would highly recommend this company!

Avoid this company at all costs! Their business practices are absolutely horrendous. They installed a brand new sunroom which immediately presented major installation deficiencies. The sunroom was designed with black windows but, for some unknown reason, they ordered white vinyl windows and spray painted them black. This, for obvious reasons, resulted in the paint chipping and flaking away almost immediately. The ceiling panels are also leaking water and one of the panels spontaneously shattered, injuring an occupant. Select Sunrooms refuses to respond to multiple inquiries regarding these issues and will no longer even answer their phone. The absolutely shameful behaviour of this company has left me no choice but to pursue legal action.

We had Fred and his crew custom design and build a wonderful sunroom for our home about 10 years ago. It has become one of the favorite areas to use. Twice now, hail storms have come through and caused damage. Both times I have insisted that Select Sunrooms to be the only company I trust to repair it properly. I have no hesitation in recommending Fred to anyone, and have done so many times.

we have a beautiful sunroom, the build cost of which was enormous. we cannot for the life of us get this company to respond to come fix the sealing - it is causing severe leaking into the sunroom. please respond!! it has literally been many many months and multiple emails and voicemails. so far very unprofessional and disheartening. please respond!

Select Sunroom does an absolutely great job, it took a little longer than planned, because factory couldn't get material in time, but result is just wonderful, very grateful to owner Fred and his installers for fabulous job
