Charming and superkeen Julio will shuck your oysters, teach you all about them, and entertain you as you savour them. You learn to eat them correctly and with the best oyster-eater manners. An experience not to be missed! Also sells oysters, shellfish, lobsters to cook yourself.

Julio takes great pride and enjoyment demonstrating how to shuck oysters and describing the characteristics of the different oysters available on PEI. He spent a half an hour with us on a busy afternoon. The oysters were fresh and delicious. He insisted we could not take out shucked oysters - they do not travel." We happily enjoyed them in his shop. He also has live lobsters

Julio makes each person's experience wonderful. He charges market prices for the freshest oysters and provides a ton of charm and valuable information and tutorials in the oyster bar. This is a must do for anyone who loves or wants to love eating an oyster!
