I’ve been a client of the Saidi Dental Group for about 7 years. I have had everything from hygiene to oral surgery from Dr. Sadie. and staff. Every time you come through the front door, you’re greeted with friendly smiles and greetings from receptionist’s When you get to the chair, their exceptional staff explain very clearly what work is to be done that day and what you will experience. It’s amazing how accurate it always is. When I had my major oral surgery from Dr. Sadie, who is probably one of the best dental surgeons in Canada, everything went exactly as he told me, including healing time. I am very happy I found the Saidi Dental Group, it is the best dental experience I have ever received. My name is Doug Cornelson and I am 65 years old.

I have had such a good experience with Sadie dental. They have been very non-judge mental during my treatment I have struggled with mental health issues and have neglected my dental health and they have helped bring me back to normal. I always feel supported and safe when I am in the dental chair receiving treatment surely has been an amazing dental assistant to work with, and always answers all my questions. Highly recommend this dental office.

Our family has been privileged to be patients of the Saidi Dental Group for nearly 20 years. Not only has the service been outstanding, but we are always made to feel like we’re a part of the family! The team always displays interest in our family and our activities, providing an uncommon customer care in our fragmented culture. Although I must admit that going to the dentist isn’t one of my favourite “go -to” locations, I couldn’t be happier than to write a comment on the service provided by the Saidi Dental Group. As a childhood “white knuckle” patient, the greeting and smile I receive when I enter the office always reassures me that I am in safe hands.Having grown older (81), I have recently had to make important decisions with regards to the best possible method to maintaining my teeth. There was a need for an extraction followed by either implant or denturist adjustment.I couldn’t have been given clearer information as to the different options- financial and medical.I felt was treated as a member of the dental team. My thoughts and questions throughout the decision-making procedure were respected. I needed to visit another specialist to verify the resiliency of yet another tooth to withstand any proposed work. Then other trips to a denturist for his opinion and assistance were required. The communications that ensued between the various specialists clearly demonstrated the high standard of commitment the Saidi team have towards my dental welfare.As the complicated procedures began, Dr. Jinn explained the stage of the work reached. Some of them were necessarily lengthy and to my embarrassment, I had to halt the work once by using sign language to go to the bathroom! There again, I felt confident that my need wasn’t an annoying interruption.I’m sure not everyone requires all reassurance that I need.I accept other folk perhaps just lie back and let her do her job!Her professional expertise is of course, exemplary.The whole team’s extra level of commitment causes me to remain a patient there.

Let me start off by saying thank you to Dr. Jin and the rest of the staff at Saidi dental group for their professionalism. I’ve been a patient there since I was a child, my parents were really good about getting me regular dental care. I’ve always been quite the procrastinator, so when I became an adult and was the one responsible for my own teeth I found myself putting it off and making excuses. Next thing I knew it was a decade later and my teeth had become the source of my biggest insecurity. I wanted to go for years but I was embarrassed and filled with anxiety about it. Well earlier this year their receptionist Brenda called and asked me if I was still interested in being a patient, to which I said yes. I think she messaged me every day for months with possible appointment dates, until I finally responded and agreed to come in. Honestly shout out to Brenda lol :) I was nervous my first appointment back, kind of waiting for some “long time no see” type of remark. Instead I was welcomed back with smiles and complete professionalism from Dr. Jin and each of the staff. They took every measure to make me feel as comfortable as possible, sparing me any embarrassment. Since then I’ve been back 4 times, today being my last filling. I’d recommend the Saidi dental group highly. Especially if you might have some anxiety about seeing the dentist

Dr. Saidi did a tremendous job of replacing my aging bridge with two two implants. I have always been rather nervous about having dental work done, so I especially appreciated his encouraging and professional manner as he supported me through the process. Everyone in this dental office is so welcoming and personable.

Dr. Saidi has been our dentist for many years. He and his staff are kind, caring and professional. We have lived in a number of different towns and cities, and Dr. Saidi is the best dentist we have ever had. He does excellent work at the same time as looking after his patients’ well- being. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone needing the best of dental care.

Saidi Dental is a pleasant and professional experience always. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, I love my hygienist she always takes care of my specific cleaning needs and Dr. Saidi is the best dentist I have ever been to. His state of the art equipment and his knowledge keeps him on the leading edge of today’s dentistry.
