GCW installed our kitchen, bathroom and great room cabinetry over 10 years ago. They are in great shape still. We had a laundry basket installed in the walk in closet. My husband opened it too far by accident and not able to shut it so it is stuck at an open position. We called the GCW office and Kylie answered the call very pleasantly and the technician Kyle was sent right away. He is friendly and efficient. We are impressed with the company stands behind their products even after 10 years. We highly recommend this company and their products.

Showroom displays are very well done with a great variety of kitchens and baths showing. Was given a tour of the shop and was impressed with the entire fabrication process. The staff and designers are personable and very knowledgeable in the work they do. Was there for a cooking demonstration and was treated to a fantastic meal.

Design team has been fantastic. Kitchen planned to be installed April 2023.

Cabinets and millwork for entire house was done by GCW. Truly spectacular quality workmanship. Many years later had a small mechanical issue with a drawer. GSW responded immediately and pleasantly and had a Tech out next day (they offered same day but I couldn’t be home) who solved the problem very quickly. Thank you so much for the impressive customer service GCW! We were blown away by GCW’s responsiveness! Great people and great company! Much appreciated.

My partner and I designed our kitchen with Jen from GCW for our new home. Jen went above and beyond to ensure that everything in our kitchen and bathrooms was perfect. Jen offered great insight and made sure everything was kept within our budget. Her experience and knowledge in this industry is outstanding. We will certainly be coming back from more services. I would like to take the time to add review on GCW. Our kitchen designer Laura Szusz did by far an amazing job customizing our home. She is smart, honest, friendly, precise and very patient. Our experience overall was above the 5 star rating that the system has in place. The whole organization the minute you call your treated with the most outstanding customer service. I would like to send the warmest thank you to the reception at the London location and Andrew. The plant tour was outstanding and Andrew, Laura and staff you guys are amazing. Keep up the great work and we felt so welcomed and are very excited to see the finished result.

Dave at GCW designed a beautiful and very functional Kitchen, main floor bathroom and laundry room for our home. When it came time for installation of all the cabinetry, GCW employees worked several long shifts in order to get the job done. Thanks GCW.

They have a good selection of counter tops and cupboards for your kitchen in a variety of price ranges. They must be pretty busy, though. It took a couple of weeks from the time we asked for someone to come out to see what our requirements were to upgrade our kitchen for them to actually call to make the appointment to come out. Once he was here, he was quick and efficient taking measurements and asking about our requirements. It only took about a week to draft the drawings and set up the appointment to select the materials we wanted. A 50% deposit was required before they would start the process to acquire materials to do our kitchen. They have had our money for over 2 weeks, and while I wasn't expecting immediate service, someone is supposed to come out to take final measurements so that they could start the process of manufacturing our parts. I had hoped that by now, they would have at least called with a projected timeline.

We started master ensuite renovation planning early March 2020 and then COVID hit. We worked with designer Karen through email and phone calls to fine tune our needs for a bathroom vanity. We were very happy with the service and price and decided to also remodel our laundry room at the same time. Karen was fantastic-accommodating, listened to our ideas and provided suggestions....all done virtually, which isn't an ideal situation.We scheduled an appointment in the showroom in May (following all health measures) and I finally had an opportunity to meet Karen and take a look at the quality, finishing and options available. I was able to take some samples home to confirm cabinet colour choices and counter tops. Karen was great walking me through hardware choices and had provided me options in advance so I could be prepared when I arrived in the showroom. Roly came out to do the measurements and 8 weeks later our custom cabinets were installed! The day after install, the cabinets were inspected and fine tuned so that the laundry cabinet door handles wouldn't hit my new painted walls.I would highly recommend GCW for any custom cabinetry needs. So glad I saw the billboard ad while in the Timmys' drive-through. Thanks to all on Team GCW who were involved in the designing, manufacturing and installation of our cabinets. We are THRILLED with the results.

We just had a new home built in Port Stanley and choose GCW after very careful consideration of a couple of companies. We visited the GCW showrooms both in London and in St. Thomas a number of times before making our final decisions. Each time that we visited we were treated with very friendly and courteous service and were encouraged to take our time in looking and ask any questions that we had. Our designer Dave was amazing!! Without being pushy, he not only showed us the various options within the showroom, but also made suggestions that when you are making so many decisions, you may overlook.The quality and attention to detail is great. Not only were we extremely happy with the colours and finishes of the cupboards/countertops, the selection was overwhelming but we managed to find exactly what we wanted. The installation was seamless and perfect in every way.We could not be happier with everything that we ordered from GCW. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Also we were given a lovely wooden cutting board handcrafted by Youth Opportunities Unlimited, a way to give back to the community.
