Pearson Greyhound Station and Courier: Terminal 1, Ground level.

I like traveling on the greyhound bus to site see different cities and states before I get to my destination. I gave greyhound three stars because the bus wasn't clean- the restroom dirty and smelled as well as the bus itself... I felt so uncomfortable during the 12 hour ride.

This is one of good Greyhound Stations out there. It's located at Terminal 1. Their staff was very friendly and helped me out with my queries. She even gave me tips to take care of my guitar while traveling on the bus.

STAY FAR AWAY!! I had to attend my daughter's wedding in the morning. But missed the ceremony , because they cancelled their bus for 24 hours. I was furious so I called their customer service and they have terrible attitude and only made the situation worse. They made me wait for 12 hours in a cold station at night in the middle of New York, there was not even a place to sit down. I had to stand in a cold night crying to myself because I missed my daughter's wedding. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU , they just want your money. Not to mention prices are ridiculously high and they do not refund you after cancelling your bus. I would give this a -1 star if I could.

Ive had a pretty pleasant experience I guess, despite the terrible reviews I’ve read. My bus was late 35mins (was supposed to arrive at 6am) which didn’t really bother me too too much because my connecting bus wasn’t till a few hours later. Unfortunately a delay like that can affect those passengers on a much tighter schedule, in which case I’d be quite disappointed, but not surprised with greyhound. However, I think there should be an attendant there for early departures in case there are flight passengers who arrive and wish to take greyhound. It’s inconvenient for them as there are no machines like presto/GO bus and don’t carry Canadian cash. Or get a ticket vendor for these super early departures.Came across 2 people while I was waiting for my bus and they eventually felt frustrated not being able to board the bus. I personally feel bad, but that’s something that location needs to change in addition to the MANY things.Oh and the boarding station/platform is at Gate P on the ground floor in T1(where all the GO and public transit are). The elevators wouldn’t bring me to ground floor for some weird reason, but this is also accessible via escalators too.

Lady at counter left 20 minutes before our bus was to depart, didn't come back. Fortunately, driver had mercy on us and let us on with old tickets. Greyhound busses: 5 stars. Pearson greyhound station: negative 5 stars.

Service is good no matter what time your flight gets in. Buy tickets instead at the machine, use your presto card or pay the driver. Safe way to get where your going without the cost.

The tiny little blonde woman at their desk is extremely rude and snotty. You ask her a question and she ignores you or treats you like you're nothing. She literally just looks down and continues what she's doing. She's not helpful at all. Fire this woman, she has no customer service skills at all, how she got this job I will never know. The other employees I've dealt with are friendly and very informative. Any way I could file a formal complaint?

If there was 0 stars I would have clicked it. I’ve been at Pearson since 6:30 for a bus that was supposed to come at 7, it’s currently 8, not only has it still not showed up but when a bus has come the driver has started yelling at people for no reason stating that the bus was headed to Toronto although the writing on top said London. This is absurd and sickening, the way customers are treated is unacceptable. I will never be on a greyhound in my life again, and I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. DO NOT TAKE THEIR BUSSES EVER!

Worst corporation of all times, this is a company that takes pride in scamming people of their money and doing so at a very high price. They have the worst costumer service of any massive corporations ion that I have ever had to deal with. They won't even change the name on my ticket to another family member because I got sick and can not travel anymore. They find ways to scam people because as a corporation they are doing absolutely terrible due to increased percentage if car owner in Canada. This company deserves to go bankrupt, due to all the people they scam.

Zero is the rate of this company!!! We go from Toronto to New York. The bus was late for 20 min on the start. From the border to Buffalo they take passengers by another bus. And now we in Buffalo. We are waiting for a driver!!! 2,5 hours all passengers waiting a driver! Now 2:30 a.m.!!!!! We are not on the way!!! This is ridiculous!!!
