Spinnin' Concrete

We contacted him regarding the below grade staircase concrete pouring. He charged more as compared to others and the worst part is that he gave us only 1hrs 30 minutes to complete the staircase concrete pouring. He didn't informe me prior about the time limitation.And he left the job in between and poured the concrete at the side pathway of the house, which dired up quickly. For another half an hour of time he took $130 extra. It was the worst experience i had with him and we really faced hardship to complete our job.
