John and Jim are a very experienced installers and did a wonderful job. Ali on the other hand is very nice guy and very flexible in pricing. Overall I would give the company 5 stars because of their kindness and professional work.

Ali and his team from OTE did a wonderful job replacing all of the gutters and downspouts on our house in East Van. They were knowledgeable about how water would flow off of our roof and supporting structures, and did a great job fabricating and install our new gutters. I would highly recommend this company for the value they provide and quality work.
