Excellent service. Website was easy to purchase my winter tires and rims. Select Submit and then an email was received with the quote. Then I called when I was ready to make an appointment. I arrived and all Covid-19 protocols in place. Arrived at 13:55. My appointment was for 14:00. Clerk took my info then keys. I sat in the waiting room. TV set to LCN as you wait. I brought a book. Every seat between where you bathroom sit is taped off with a yellow X. 35 minutes later I retrieved my keys, paid and received my receipt, form to claim my $70 mail in rebate and a contest ticket to fill out and drop in a box near the sanitization station.

Was pleased by services in Hull. My car has different front and rear tires as well really hard to balance. Got in, gave key, both accomplished first try, signed, paid and left...all in about 55 min. No fuss no muss just typically like i like it. Thank u.

Im new to the gatineau area, and my french is really bad and I'm really self conscious about jt,when i first enter any business . this place was extremely friendly and patient with me trying to speak French with them and also fast and efficient . I really enjoy when a business is understanding of my language barrier .defiantly will do business here in the future !

Not the one to give out bad reviews but this place was something else. Don't know if they'd had a bad day but they put all that on us. Worst service ever!!! Treated like dirt by an employee and the boss doesn't care. They scratched our mags in multiple places. Looking for the lock nuts, they didn't ask just started searching the car making a mess everywhere. Never recommending this place.

We LOVE this place so much! They are patient and kind - my French is new and slow - and have been such a big help to us over these years. Service is great. Tires are great. Thanks to all of you there. We are so very grateful. We recommend them highly.

These guys are really careful with your alloys, unlike most dealerships. Their prices and choice are also great. Customer service is awesome. Thank you.

Hours are not super convenient for anyone with a job. You certainly need a job because tires are not cheap. Good selection though and relatively easy to reserve/book. They could get rid of the old crone at the front desk, she doesn't help customers, and she isn't nice.

Great service, very competitive pricing and fast. My appointment was 11am for 4 new tires, 305/30/20. Was done and gone in less than 45 min.
