Good place to rent a moving truck

left my daughter on side of 401 east for 2 hours waiting for service

Poor service, staff is not customers orientated...Lack of customer care and reservation was cancelled..last minute

I do not recommend this location. Be sure to read the contract carefully as they hide up to $15-$20 additional charges in there. The man at the counter was unkind, unhelpful, not patient or customer-oriented.

Friendly service

WARNING - They cancelled my confirmed reservation days before pick-up. I booked a truck a month and half ago, and then at 7pm on Friday I get an email telling me the reservation has been cancelled. I called U-haul and was told there were no tricks available..... Terrible.

Terrible service!The van was filthy and smelled horrible. This U-Haul store does not take care of their vehicles.There were bits of trash everywhere, including pieces of furniture. The employee got angry and started shouting when i complained about the van’s condition too.I do not recommend this store even if it’s conveniently located (it was right under my apartment).

Terrible experience, terrible service. When they messed up the location the people working there did not care to correct it and just rather go outside and vape while I’m struggling to sort out there mess up nor was the regional or customer service representative helpful at all either.

One of the most non-reliable moving companies, I did an online truck reservation on April 5 for April 30 and thought I secure my reservation. after 10 days they called me to inform me that they will cancel my reservation because there are no available trucks, even though they mention on the website that the reservation is guaranteed and they will give $50 if not. And when I told them what is written on their website they simply claim that the website has a glitch and the reservation is not confirmed. Simply thy came with that after 10 days of making the reservation. I am really unsatisfied and disappointed. if there is less than one 1-start definitely I will give without thinking.

Why pay movers big fee's when you can rent a U-Haul and move your stuff yourself for under $100 in town just make sure you return the truck with the same amount of fuel that you started off with
