The dance teachers are great, however the owner Robin questionable. Long story short…. All parents were told they were not going to be charged when classes closed due to Covid however my credit card was charged 2 months in a row….for lessons during the time my child was not participating. I advise Robin with numerous emails and copies of my bills asking for a refund however she refused to return my email or calls. I understand the pressures and financial burden every business is facing during the pandemic however that should not compromise your professionalism and integrity!!
