I was in your restaurant on Friday February 17 and the cashier was working with headphones in both ears make me feel like I can't approach her. Cashier's are supposed to be the face of the company and to provide a great customer experience. Which I feel like I didn't receive.

Ordered the grilled chicken. It could not be finished. It is still stuck in my throat. Gross and DRY DRY DRY. So very disappointing. Also was offered hot sauce, wet wipes and spoons when I asked for extra SERVIETTES. IN CANADA WE SAY SERVIETTE unlike our American cousins who use the word napkin. Honour our French heritage by knowing the words Canadians use. Smarten up. No excuse for not knowing. NONE. No, I won't email a reply to any management response. Shaking my head.

Still the best juicy fried chicken bar none! Fresh delicious spicy chicken available. Wedges fresh real potato chunks. Staff is wonderful

Do not order from this location. The whole family got food poisoning. This used to be a great spot with very good quality. However, new owners/operators do not care and it shows in the cleanliness of the location. Very disappointing. Deserves zero stars.

Chicken is not cut correctly. Why are you removing the skin from white meat? Gravy has also changed and is not consistent with other Mary Brown's.Taters are always good and well seasoned. Staff are always very nice.**Edit - I don't normally respond to the virtue signalling responses from companies but this time I took the bait and replied to the email address they posted. Guess what? No reply. They're just trying to save face on Google reviews.

Great Big Mary chicken sandwhiches and fried chicken pieces. Portions used to be bigger and consistent. That has changed recently.

Chicken Poppins the lady dropped alot of salt on it so it was so salty that we couldn't eat it. The chicken was so dry and the gravy was burnt. The biscuits tasted like freezer burn. Since management changed its gone downhill. Waste of $60. Will never order from there agian.
