Dr. Tolkin and the staff that I have encountered for 12 years now have been excellent. They’ve shown compassion, patience, and willingness to help.However, it is disappointing to have had an unpleasant interaction with an an administrative assistant, Cindy. She seemed irritated and was impatient. She has poor communication skills. She proceeded to book an appointment without asking if I preferred a morning or afternoon appointment. When I requested to change the time, she made an exasperated groan to to convey her lack of patience.Cindy lacked professionalism.
