I am very grateful for this place. The only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 star is the staff... the woman in there is very unfriendly and creates an uncomfortable experience. No interest in discussing the products with customers. Not what I expected from a shop like this...But nevertheless, it's a great place! Highly recommend.

Horrible I asked for 2 tabs TWICE not once and when I got home I got one unbelievable I live so far be careful what they give you the manager is really rude and the lady’s are horrible at customer service probably high, much better dispensaries with much better team

I fully support this type of progressive business. I bought leaf from them. Got my order without any problem. You have to follow the instructions very carefully to get the full benefits. For stimulant effect, chew for a long time and add what’s recommended. It’s expensive but they are unique in Canada and I will buy from them again. Thanks for being a leader in this sector!

Love this place. I don't drink alcohol, and I find Kratom to be a great alternative for a mood boost, and sociability. The cafe has a great selection, and the sandwiches are delicious.If you're curious about any of their products, I recommend doing some personal research, as well as asking staff. They do have informational brochures they hand out as well.

Love The Cafe! Sandwiches are awesome and I am really liking the coca leaf teas. Looking forward to seeing the effects on my hiking this spring. If it helps altitude sickness in the Andes the North Shore mountains should be nothing. Glad they are on DoorDash

Staff are hit and miss for service. Some days they are quick and pleasant, and then another time the one staff member in the store talked on the phone and ignored the customers.But it is the only place that sells what they sell, so you are kind of stuck with it. Nice enough store though.

One person was great but the one lady who asked for our info seemed super agro, vibes were off. We came in on a Saturday so it was a tad busy, so I get it but not an excuse to treat people poorly and rush them through the process.

Staff was friendly and informative, good product selection, Coca mochas were really good. Mushrooms great just a tad pricey, don't get the LSD dropper. My bf opted for the stronger of the two liquids and an entire bottle had no effect, and was not cheap. after reading similar reviews we regretted that purchase. Will be back for more mushrooms and chocolates!
