What a great resource for the people of waterloo region. There are daily meals for the homeless and less fortunate. They also except donation of all types and redistributes them. Absolutely some of the kindest most caring people I've ever met!

I was at this location to support the shelter in a Healthcare capacity. It is clean and the staff amazing the Heffner auto group funds this location along with many other companies and individuals. It is a place to eat dinner for those with no place to eat. It is a roof over their head for a few hours. I never of this place and saw people young to old, addictions,users, and some that need to be back on their medication. I also saw some people I wondered what their story was everyone has a story, and this location has so many I am sure. Even the workers and volunteers what brought them to this location? It is beautiful nonetheless. The great piece I learned about in this shelter was that they have a wonderful program to help those to get training, resume help and regain social skills to support themselves .... there is a catering company and I highly suggest giving this place a try the kitchen facility is so clean!! And they make some wonderful individually packaged foods for work places! Support the work done here!

Many great workers here and helpful. I'd recommend donating to them be it financially or food wise.

I'm very grateful for all that you do to help those in need. Your organization impressed me enough that I did the Longest Night Of the Year Walk to raise money this year. Keep up the great work.

the day of hope is just that for some residents of Kitchener as it helps the homeless in the community

A great place to take a load off, enjoy a meal and some honest conversation. We need more spaces like this for everyone.

Quite a few of the most delicious meals in town are (mostly) served here.Drop in is always a fun time, and the nice staff members at the community centre always usually have coffee on. I like the Lutherwood supports and the ODSP/OW/Carizon counselling services. Tonnes to do, here.
