Brand new Dodge customer here. Went in one week to get an oil change and have them look at my 8.4 inch Uconnect screen which was bubbling so they could order the part, Jerry van Gerwan who is the service manager quoted me $1,300 CDN. It had to be replaced so I asked him to order the part to which he told me no problem 8-10 days and we’ll call you to book your car in. I missed a phone call, assumed it was about the part coming in but all they wanted to know was how my service was. I book an appointment, my mother who took the day off work brought the car in for them to tell her the part was never ordered. Jerry the SERVICE MANAGER forgot to order the part. What a pain, my car had to go in again. Major inconvenience that the air conditioning changed to heater full blast in this 32 degree weather. Car got service fast today but part was $180 more than what was quoted. On top of that Chris Fabbro the service advisor told me that they would help me on the price for the inconvenience but it happened to be more than originally quoted. 4 year old car 2018 charger neither dodge or Uconnect wanted to back up their product. Disappointed.

May 6th update. Payment has still yet to be refunded onto the card. It’s been over a month. Multiple messages and calls a couple times people have talked and now again it’s “I’ll talk to finance and see why it hasn’t been done”. Really? Cause that’s what we keep hearing. It’s 200$ all you need to do is plug in the card info which you have and refund the money. Any store including a fast food joint can refund money on a card if a mistake was made and that’s been possible for over a decade soooo what’s your excuse? Seriously? I’d really love to know!!Needed a vehicle, was looking at as is. After a few days of asking about a vehicle they got the one I inquired about into the shop. Apparently. In the process the car had already been sold and had already had a presafety done on it. This was the first couple days of April. Asked for the money to be refunded. 200$ cause the car was sold and no services were rendered. I was told it would be done. A few days later. It wasn’t there. Mentioned it to Paul. He said I’ll talk to finance tomorrow.Couple days later nothing and then I got a call about their services so I told the lady this experience and she said she would talk to Paul and I’d probably hear from a manager. Later that night I got a call from a lady who asked for the card number and said it would be processed that day and it might take 2-3 days to show up. That was the 11th this is the 19th. Still hasn’t been refunded and they charged the card April 1st. They literally stole the money and refuse to give it back. I wouldn’t recommend these guys ever. Especially not Paul.
