Very friendly staff. Bit slow with the doctors but that's to be expected because of overflow of patients being seen. Love seeing the pup Aurora " So sweet and friendly ❤️"

Receptionist are friendly, so are the doctor's. Sometimes you have to wait, but that's to be expected.The best part? Sometimes there's a husky, who's very clean and friendly, to sit and keep you company.

Support staff are great. Reception excellent. The place is extremely clean. I didn't mind the drive. I am disappointed in a very easy missed diagnosis. Took a new doctor 1 week to make diagnosis and prescribe a lifetime medication. I was 1 to 2 years coming here getting bloodwork done. Male doctor on staff said to me one visit Do you ever think you are tired because you are tired?" My response was 'NO'. Dr. Gushute is lovely and attentive. I really like her. Ultimately though

Previous doctor there (Dr. Bashagha) was amazing and now with him moving provinces my feeling is the exact same for my current doctor there (Dr. Fong). Staff is friendly and fantastic. Can't say enough good things about Cove Clinic.

Much like a previous reviewer, I'm extremely disappointed in the communication with this clinic. After my family doctor retired, I was pleased to have found this clinic - a little closer to home. I was given a family doctor who I had a few appointments with, the doctor & staff were friendly - The husky dogs are a little difficult for those of us with allergies though - A few months later when I booked an appointment I was told my doctor had left the country and that the doctor who would be taking his patients was also out of the country so I could see someone else there for the time being. I just called to book another appointment and was now told they are not accepting any new patients - I was already a patient there and my doctor left - I am not a new patient". I was essentially told - sorry there is no doctor for you

Dr. Murthy is THE BEST. Goes above and beyond for her patients.

Unprofessional, two husky dogs stay in the bldg. I was shocked by my experience. I would not feel comfortable with Doctors from this clinic dealing with my health. Your family Doctor is very important. Due to my Doctor taking a new position I needed a new Doctor!! It will not be here for sure! Left after waiting 1.5 hours for my first appointment!!! If you have allergies and asthma stay away!!!

Good spot to go to waste your time and get terrible medical service; had a viral infection for three weeks; first visit I was not even requested to get blood work. Ultimately went to emerge and they diagnosed me with an infection and prescribed antibiotics, staff are pretty ignorant and rarely answer the phone. Terrible.The pharmacy next door is great though!

Very disappointed with the lack of communication from the Clinic when our family doctor moved and left the province. We moved home from Alberta 2 years ago, and had a hard time finding a family doctor close to home, but did find one at the cove clinic. It has probably been 2-3 months since we have been there, and called this morning to make an appointment for my daughter, and come to find out that our doctor has moved out of the province, and none of the doctors there are taking new patients. So I was basically told this morning, “Sorry about your Luck”. We were not called or informed in anyway that he was moving, and we would have to go elsewhere for a new family doctor. Not easy finding one for a family of 5.

We have only 2 active cases of COVID in this province, but doctors at Cove Clinic work only a couple of hours or a couple of days a week. There is no good reason they can not resume full time practice. People get sick - Covid or no Covid. When struck with severe pain - possibly a kidney stone - was told to go to the ER, even though there were other dr's in the Clinic who could have taken my call. Thankfully, the pharmacist was able to connect me by phone to my GP who did call. Thank you, Dr. Penny. As for the dog(s) I love them. Dogs are being used as therapy animals in health care around the world!
