Went there yesterday with two of my friends as they had pretty good deals. We spent good 40-45 Minutes in the store and one of the associate Manpreet was there to help us all along. It was our first time buying bikinis so she was of great help. There was another associate too but I forgot her name. During such difficult COVID times, a friendly and happy vibe from just anyone goes a long way. Both the girls were amazing and made our experience pleasant. We went in to buy 3 sets and ended up buying seven.

Omg i was doing a return and the line there. I haven’t seen this store without a lineup since last year. But the line moves fast. Customer knows what they want and they go and get it. It might change once fitting rooms open if any.

This is the worst store I’ve been to in my life. Period!! Extremely Rude staff.

Deals are decent, but the associates/workers are not. They need to learn something about refinement and respect when talking.

Take your business elsewhere. Rude staff. Attitude is a problem in a customer facing job. If you don’t like your minimum pay job quit it and don’t take it out on customers. Literally The worst store I’ve been in North America.

I have been to this location a good amount of times and the customer service and staff were amazing!This review is more so about a phone call I had with Jameela. I wanted to give a shout out to her for being so patient on the phone and helping me come up with solutions for my problem. I hope I get to speak to someone like her at customer service now! Thank you!!

Yes good deals, but they should work to enhance their customer service. In two visits in a row I had the following:I asked the worker to check if there is size for one of the pieces I liked , yet she said every thing we have is already displayed". When I went to the cashier I asked them again if they can check for the size I want and magically stocks for all sizes were at the back of the store!.In the last week's visit I was waiting in line in front of the cashier to pay one lady was before me. After she finished one girl came from behind me and went to the cashier both the girl and the cashier looked at me and knew that it should be my turn but they ignored and the cashier continued and served the girl! Very rude
