Currently I have two cadets at 105 RCACC. One has joined for 3 years and the other for 8 months. I really like the philosophy of ‘cadets leading cadets’. Members not only get to learn some basic outdoor survival skills and disciplines but also learn how to mentor others. Lastly, it is a good opportunity for parents to learn to ‘let go’ and let their children grow up!
