I had a really good experience at the VIP theater. Really enjoyed going for the VIP experience once in a while.The service was excellent, the food was good, the snacks were good. The seats were comfortable. The movie was ok but I was comfortable and immersed in it.It's not the experience I can afford every time I go to the movies. But every once in a while it's a real treat.

Fantastic staff and awesome service, the vip section of the theater was great. Food is pretty decent. It's better than what you'd expect from a movie theater kitchen. It's a little pricy but worth it to not be in a theater with teens, children, and those who don't know how to watch a movie without their phones or commentary

We purchased tickets online over the weekend, however they were bought in British Columbia for some reason. Getting a hold of someone is nearly impossible, and when we finally did, they told us that it happens quite often. They did issue us a refund, unfortunately though, they didn’t refund the full amount. Now we are unable to get a hold of anyone to rectify the issue. It is extremely frustrating. :’(

Overall great experience. The Food costs are a little too high. Scene + rewards will help reduce the cost for the movie and earn points when food items are purchased. Super Mario Bros will bring you back to the 80's. Cool movies for all ages.

What an experience going to a VIP movie theatre for a nice date night. My husband and I went and were incredibly pleased with the service. Would highly recommend going.

I recently had a disappointing encounter with Cineplex Cinemas' online services. I tried to purchase a 'Wednesday Dinner at the Movies' deal, which, according to their Twitter, should have been available online. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate this option on their website.I reached out to online support hoping they could guide me. They said they were going to check with their team, and I waited. But, after about 15 minutes, they disconnected without any further communication.Frankly, I was expecting better service from a company like Cineplex. I was left feeling somewhat neglected by this experience. It's my hope they can improve on this so future customers don't face the same frustration.

Went to see John Wick 4 in VIP last night. The chairs were nice and the service was great until my friend got his chicken sandwich, which was raw and tasted cold in the center. He is quite sick now today. We brought up the issue to a waiter who told him he'd have to miss a portion of the movie to talk to the manager or we could wait till after the movie. When we came out of the movie there weren't any managers present that we could find. This was a very disappointing end to our night.

We went to go see Avatar today at Cineplex North Common. We loved the movie!! For a 3 hour movie it went by fast!We went to the 12pm show and sat in the AVX theater and paid the extra price to get a better experience. It was also a 3D experience and I found the glasses were not big enough to go over my glasses so it was a hindrance after awhile adjusting it every so often.We ordered popcorn and pop. Popcorn was fresh and not a huge lineup at that time.Overall the theater was clean and service was quick.

False advertising! The video on the website shows the D Box seats as nice, wide leather seats with huge arm rests and a headrest. In the actual theatre is a generic, super uncomfortable seat with the worst possible position for your back. I made a mistake and will go to Landmark from now on.
