GoodLife Fitness Sudbury LaSalle and Gary

Travelled to Sudbury for work and came to this gym to continue my workout schedule. This is a terrible GoodLife location. There’s definitely no gym etiquette here. People that use the gym don’t care and it shows. People don’t put the weights back properly, nobody wipes down the equipment after each use, the change rooms are a mess, some of the weights are old and cracked…. The list goes on and on. The staff doesn’t seem to go around and organize the equipment. This would never happen at my home GoodLife gym. Also, the equipment is so close together to the point where you can’t even put a 45 pound weight on the bottom rack of the bench press station because the weight hits the wall. I would never come back. The south GoodLife in the mall was way better. Smaller gym but way better experience.

This is an awesome place for both beginners and pro bodybuilders. Best atmosphere and amazing staffs! Especially front staffs have top quality service.

I love this gym, I wish I lived in the area to go to this specific gym regularly. It's always clean, employees are always kind, and great options for equipment. Of course the massage chairs after the workout is an added bonus!

Employees are bit rude . I had a bad phone call with one of the employee where she was not ready to give her name nor let me talk to her manager. But disconnected the call without courtesy . But overall it’s a good fitness centre.

New comers! Make an appointment with Nick. This guy is unreal and knows what he's talking about. Was a blast going through the gym with him. Equipment all in good order. Nice place. Sauna Is small, like 3 people small

The place is definitely one of the nicer gyms I've been too, and not just because of the location but the community as a whole. Super friendly staff, any inquiries or problems are usually resolved right away, and you can expect to get some nice chats in between sets if that's your cup of tea. The fact that the front of the gym is a wall of glass just adds to the ambience of the workouts. Would definitely recommend to visitors and old and new GoodLife faithfuls alike!

Open 24-7 , relatively clean for the most part , decent amount of equipment. For how many members their are , this place should be a lot bigger. Especially the sauna that can only accommodate 3 ppl. Some of the studios / rooms seem like a waste of space.

Worth the higher payments. Very spacious and clean. 24*7 open which makes it very convenient.

Great gym, staff are friendly and respectful. Gym is clean. Casses are fun. Good service. Good variation of equipments.

Honestly really nice gym and big with a sauna, massage chairs, a women’s section etc but way tooo pricy!! Like a gym shouldn’t cost almost a $100 for a month’s membership, im trying to be fit not broke. So yeah I’d consider other gyms just because of that price tag.
