I visit 2 times at 3:45 appointmentsrecipients where eating Asian food with chopstick and serving me at the times it happened both times different person! How coincidentthey were rushing me out appointments were very close together like every 3rd day to me they are just thinking dollar then fixing you up !!Also they have fussy charge about ICBC flat 90 and change or 45 and some change depend who do paper work !!! still not clear for finale costFirst things they do taking your credit cart info !!not easy to give invoice too (forgotten or !!) very disappointmentbut therapist was nice.If you have problem just do not go there they just ad stress on youI changed to another Clinic not very far they deal with ICBC completely with no extra charge also they have good exercise facilityrecipients are very friendly and straight forward.

I have been receiving spam emails from Salus Physio encouraging me to make a booking through their online platform, while I have never been one of their clients/patients.The emails typically hype up one of their practitioners. They do not contain any contact information, nor any link to unsubscribe.A few of the glowing reviews here seem oddly worded, making me doubt their honesty or that these people were actually patients at Salus.

I went to see Brandon Sum due to an injury with my lower back and right hip. It was affecting my daily life, something as simple as standing up and walking. I was in a lot of discomfort and have seen multiple doctors regarding the pain. Brandon was the only one who took the time to listen and address my issues. He is knowledgeable and experienced. After the first visit, I was able to stand up without having to limp. Can’t express how important it is to find a doctor who actually listens and takes his time to make sure you get the most out of each treatment, even when it meant he had to get off work late! Words can’t explain how thankful I am to have found Brandon!

I went to Salus under recommendation from a friend of mine to see Dave Kwan after I was involved in an ICBC-covered cycling accident last year.Dave was absolutely great. I only had two appointments with him and the pain caused by the incident was gone. During each of these appointments he explained exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and made me feel at ease. He's a true professional in the field. So why the two stars?Seven months go by and out of the blue I receive an e-mail stating I still owe money to Salus with no explaination. I was very puzzled by this and called their front desk, asking them about this outstanding amount. I was able to present the receipts from my appointments; but they had told me that the outstanding amount was because I failed to fill out a form asking for ICBC claim details which was supposedly given to me on my first appointment to take home. Additionally, because a 3 month period had elapsed from my last appointment, Salus could no longer go to ICBC for remuneration leaving me with very few alternatives. Bluntly put, the portion that was to be covered by ICBC could no longer be claimed by Salus, and so they were coming after me.However, contrary to what I was told over the phone, I received no paperwork from Salus on my first appointment; instead, I had provided the front desk with the ICBC claim number along with the name of my adjuster (which were details that were supposedly missing). Additionally, I had distinctly recalled that on my first appointment, the receptionist stated that Salus would take care of things with ICBC and give me a call if there were any additional questions or concerns. I had received no such call.Given this interaction, I would argue that Salus did not keep me well informed of the ICBC processes relating to payment for services provided, having not received a notification or reminder that there was a three month expiry from my last appointment. Furthermore, I felt that customer service communications left something to be desired. I am disappointed with the way things were handled and cannot see myself coming back here in the event of another ICBC claim, even though Dave is an excellent physiotherapist. If you do decide to go to Salus under an ICBC claim, I would recommend:- pay the full amount for services rendered up front and go to ICBC for reimbursement on your own instead of trusting them to do it.- see Dave.

The city of Portland, Oregon lost its most valuable asset. I'm speaking, of course, of newly transported chiropractic legend Dr. Myles Sinclair. Every day for months I woke up with an aching glute/hamstring that would not get better with any other treatments... Until I started seeing Myles. With hands that rival those of a blacksmith, but the touch of a Warhammer figurine artist, Dr. Sinclair is sure to heal any ailment from toes to crown. His skillful direction of rehab exercises rivals his deftness at navigating the human body. Every visit to Salus has me skipping out the door!Thank you, Salus for hiring a member of the next generation of chiropractic greatness.

I have been going to this clinic for years, but obviously that varies according to what injury I have. I haven't been back since 2013 so today when I went in I noticed a few changes in staff. I had LOVED all previous physiotherapists who attended to me so hoped my new person would be ok. I cannot say enough about Brandon . He was absolutely fantastic. Extremely thorough and spent an enormous amount of time on me. I am so happy to be in his good hands with my leg injury and I feel he absolutely and utterly knew his job. Thank you Brandon. So very much appreciated and lovely to meet you. I would fully recommend Brandon. June Quiroga

Was referred by a friend who had received treatment by Mr. David Kwan. I had a terrible shoulder issue. Went 3 times and my shoulder felt great. Thought for sure surgery would be required but nope! David fixed me upWas in yesterday as I fell in hockey and hurt my other shoulder and amazingly enough I have mobility in it again after only one treatment and feel good enough to play hockey Sunday. Pretty amazing that before I went I could hardly raise my arm to wash my hair and now it feels 100%. Thank you David Kwan!!!!

I was referred by my partner to see Len for shoulder and back pain. With a few simple exercises, Len had me feeling better in no time. I really appreciate Len's diagnostic process and his explanation of why things hurt, and why his recommended exercises work. I've also appreciated the dry needling I get from time to time- such a great way to feel some instant relief!I also saw Kokua recently for my first sports massage. He was absolutely wonderful! He focused on the immediate and surrounding areas of my discomfort, and I left with a few exercise recommendations as well to help me maintain things.Salus is a great clinic, and I absolutely recommend them :)

I came to Salus to get help treating a persistent hamstring injury that was not responding to treatment provided by other physiotherapists across Vancouver. After treatment from Parham, I am back to 100%.I couldn’t recommend both Salus and Parham more for anyone who values quality medical care.
