Great customer service. Harris was very helpful and very patient. It got busy at the store when we were there but he made sure that nobody got neglected. On top of that, he gave his honest opinions and suggestions on what would fit the customer best. We're happy with our experience and with the purchase.

Just had the best customer experience with PEDRO ! We just bought our son's graduation suit at this location and Pedro went over and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much Pedro, for your great customer service. My son is extremely happy with his suit.

I’ve never written a bad review ever, but this one has to be here to save people. Worst customer service. Angry dude acting like he owns the people who comes to shop. Arrogant manager or whoever the guy is. Anyways, I walked out of the shop, and they will never have me as a customer again. Went to RW and Co, who offered great customer service and even better shopping experience!Too bad they missed a full fledged wedding shopping because of the attitude of the guy in the shop. Will never recommend anyone to go here.

worst customer service ever! I have 2 suits from here that was done by an old gentleman but this time it was a lady who came to help, she was super rude and arrogant. She was pushing me to buy the first suit that I tried on, not even letting me to check other items, never seen this kind of attitude anywhere else. As soon as I said I might not buy it on the spot she just left to talk to other associates at the front desk and completely ignored us.

I came into this store about 1 hour before my graduation and I told them I needed a full suit ASAP. I was very impressed by Simar's excellent customer which helped me be in and out within 15 minutes. The customer service from the entire team was on another level as they helped pick everything out, iron the dress shirt and cut all the tags so I can go directly to grad. Plus there was a promotion at the time so i got an extra pair of pants for free and a discount for university students on top. Fast service and good prices, I would definitely recommend.

Do not recommend this place, especially if its the lady that comes to help you, don't walk run away from there. Worst customer service ever seen in a retail shop!

We were recently looking for a suit. Thomas listened to what we needed and was knowledgeable. Not pushy at all.We had to return to buy shirts and we were helped by Malcom. Just excellent service by these two men. I’m sure all those that work here are just as helpful.

Absolutely the worst clothes shopping experience of my life. The staff at this location are incredibly rude, chauvinistic, and ignorant. They are constantly speaking quietly amongst themselves and making fun of patrons that come and go, and are very quick to tell you all the reasons why the items that you want to try on are wrong or not suited for you. They do a great job of making you feel unimportant, insignificant, and small. Should I really be taking fashion advice from a salesmen who is wearing green flannel plaid with grey suit pants and dress shoes? Especially when he’d rather be looking at his phone and giggling with his coworkers than actually trying to help people? Just a terrible example of customer service on display here. Boycott if you must, but this place is just awful.

This place is the best go to for all your tailoring needs.On short notice the staff was very accommodating to my needs as my Dad needed to board a plane and his suits didn't fit!Julie was very helpful and I highly recommend coming here, the service was great and the quality and craftsmanship is superior.Thank you Julie and all of the staff!

We’ve been to this store many times so I understand why the reviews are bad on customer service because we’ve felt unwelcome at times when we had to browse around, the staring and whispering between associates. Had to ask one lady to help and waited 20 minutes and had to ask again. Store was not busy! People are in the store for multiple reasons and If you don’t purchase anything they deserve eye-rolling? Super unprofessional.The only reason we came back was because of Thomas he really goes above and beyond. Suits are expensive! People don’t have to be obligated to buy anything when they step into the store just because, they buy it because it’s supporting a person who cares and takes pride in their job. The five star review is for the gentleman named Thomas. We came into the store last year to buy a suit and loved the recommendations. Another wedding this year and he gave exceptional customer service and advice to my husband, from fitting to checked out bag in hand. Consistently the best he is a true gem!
