I don't know who handles their emails but I've been trying to get a simple answer for the past 2 weeks and greyhound takes nearly a week to answer my emails, and when they do it doesn't even answer my questions. Very frustrating experience.

Nothing to write home about. Keep warm and dry while waiting for a bus

The Kingston station is small and older. There is a chicken restaurant inside which is good and has a small convenience store. The bathrooms are gross...As for Greyhound at large, I find service is a huge hit or miss. I’ve been on buses that are early or buses that are two to three hours delayed on an hour long trip. I’ve had drivers not know how to get to my destination as I live just outside of Ottawa. Also ticket prices vary for the same trip from $12 to $50... which is ridiculous.

Horrible schedule for Kingston. The facility is too far from train station and airport.

On a Kingston - Ottawa experience over 2 years:There's not enough schedules for the buses in general.And during the week it's only afternoon schedule (4:45pm.. Just ONE schedule NO MORE). That's ridiculous.. But they have the monopoly of the route, so you can't go with Megabusw and need to stay with them.Bus drivers switch from one bus to another.. And meanwhile during the winter you're in line enduring the cold, waiting half an hour for the other bus driver to come (40 mins late like today) and then you get up in the bus.The bus is not express and you have to stop in little towns that no one ever get's down.. So it's a waste of our time as customers and waste of money for Greyhound (gas and bus wear such as breaks from so much stopping and accelerating again instead of just taking the 401 and save time, gas unnecessary wear of the bus and our patience)I would never recommend this bus company, but if you need to travel from Kingston to Ottawa or vice versa this is your only option, since again they have the monopoly of the route (and the train is way too expensive for what it is).P.S. As I write this we're still waiting for the 8pm bus driver to come (and it's 8:25PM) so he can drive this bus and the other driver take the other bus... Plain stupid

Arrived early to Kanata Terry Fox Station. Bus was not on time and called the Central Station to confirm that it didn't arrive to the station early. Was told it left the central station later by 5 minutes. Waited an hour at Kanata Terry Fox Station. The bus never came.Customer service wasn't even able to give me a refund and was told to confirm that the bus didn't come at the Ottawa Central Station. Unfortunately I wouldn't be returning to Ottawa for some time.Cheaper than other options but unfortunately unreliable.

Due to a computer error they double charged my mother for her bus ticket home from visiting. She is still fighting to get her money back.

Wish they had a TV or sign saying g what platform to go to for what bus ahead of time
