Love me a tan. And have always appreciated the friendly customer service I get at Fabutan. Monique is always amazing. She’s taken an interest in me as a person not just a client and I’ve really appreciated the humanity she brings to me Fabutan experience.I’ve also appreciated the willingness to clean the beds an extra time for me right before use.Todd, the owner, is also super personable and has taken time to build a connection with me over the ten years I’ve been in Edmonton.

10/10 would NOT recommend. I have a skin disease (and therefore cannot use lotion) and was just accused of using bad lotion and therefore had to leave my purse out front if I wanted to tan. Nope nope nope.Poor customer service from the manager who’s staff have added this (inaccurately, I will add) to my account without a date or name so now there’s “no way of knowing who wrote it.”You can add the fact the manager wouldn’t give me a print out of my appointments to me (something head office told me to go and get). She was also incapable of telling me the protocol for dealing with issues that arise in studio. She needs to be retrained on how to do customer service properly.So my best guess is I used a dirty bed and their staff is trying to cover it up.Would not recommend this studio to anyone.If I could have rated them zero stars, I would have.

The location is close to where I am during the day and very clean, BUT every time I make the effort to try calling to make an appointment, it is like I am irritating the staff. I often get told 'just walk-in', instead of having them confirm an appointment.When I am a paying customer and every other Fabutan works on an appointment basis, I shouldn't have to coerce you to write down my request, nor should I be made to feel like I've just been brushed off...There is a reason I usually go out of my way to walk down the road to the Fabutan farther away, on Jasper Ave, or just wait to go to the one in my neighborhood when I am done work. Each of those locations make me feel welcome, they respect my time, and they respect my efforts to make the phone call by acknowledging my request and formally writing it down. I subsequently feel valued and that I won't be potentially stuck behind another walk-in when I arrive, because I booked the time slot.Disappointing.

This place is amazing! Super clean and good hours. Friendly and the owner is great he took care of my life style pass because whitemud fabutan was closed he helped me out and awesome customer service would recommend to everyone ! :)

Personable and kind hearted staff who treat you like a friend. Impeccably clean facility, nice beds and impressively knowledgeable team who empowers clients by spreading safe-tanning awareness in a non-judgey / lecturing tone. Favorite location! (and parking, which is always ideal)

I came here to get my eyelash extensions done very last minute before a 3 week trip! I wanted to write this review after my trip to really test out how these eyelashes stood up and honestly they are the best extensions I’ve ever had. Paige did a wonderful job! She was very sweet and gentle the entire session and she helped me choose the best lash extensions that would last the longest and look the best. Definitely will return and highly recommend!

I come to this Fabutan pretty regularly and it is always my favourite experience when Margarita is working! I am always greeted so cheerfully as soon as I walk in and always makes me feel like we were just talking yesterday. She is so positive and so kind! Also not to mention extremely educated and all aspects of tanning and recommended the most amazing tanning lotion that has given my body the bronze glow that I’ve been dying to have. Thank you Margarita for always making my experience so wonderful.

I have been getting lash extensions with Monique for a few months now and from Day 1 it has been a delight. Her work is impeccable but the experience is what has kept me coming back. Her welcoming nature, the comfort of the space, chill music, lavender diffuser running, I have may have nodded off once or twice.Also, Monique recommended I buy the night mask, I was hesitant at first but now I highly recommend it. As a side-sleeper, it has made a huge difference to the life of my lashes. The quality is incredible.Anyway, 10/10 would recommend haha
