My typical experience here is fantastic. Sincerly helpful and friendly staff. On my last visit, they got my snooker cue repaired on very short notice. Above and beyond my expectations.Very appreciative. Well done team Gould!

I was greeted as I walked through the door and helped with every aspect of my purchase. I was treated like a customer and that was very appreciated. Always fantastic service and product knowledge. Outdoor furniture, heaters and fire tables are also very high quality and excellent selection. Not just billiards and table tennis...think of this locally-owned business for your patio and cottage needs as well. They also sell high quality smokers like the Green Egg

This is a great local business. They quickly ordered a replacement scoreboard (at no cost to myself) for an air hockey table I had purchased months prior. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.The only reason I didn’t rate this business 5 out of 5 stars is because they didn’t get back to me with pricing for a commercial air hockey table that I was looking to purchase. I ended up purchasing through a US company, but would have preferred to shop local.All of my other purchases through Gould’s have been great!
