We hired Cresmark to design and build a second story addition to our home. We met with many contractors but we liked that Cresmark took care of every detail so we didn't have to. Their team were polite, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. We could not have imagined our home could look this good! We would recommend them to anyone who is considering doing a addition. Special thanks to Nick for all his great ideas!

My wife and I decided it was time to update our 1970's home! We wanted to renovate our existing living space by removing interior walls and creating an open concept look and design along with a new kitchen and main bathroom. We also had to replace all windows and exterior siding.With little experience under our belts, we were nervous and required some hand holding.. Enter Cresmark Design and Build!!We first met with Nick and we instantly had a comfort level with him. Our next meeting was with Lisa who really helped us realize our vision. Her ability to listen, share concepts, and provide guidance really helped get the ball rolling with this project.The entire Cresmark team were professional and responsive. They delivered great results on time, on budget and we are absolutely thrilled with our renovation. There will always be bumps along the way when updating an older home but Nick and Lisa were always there to support us and would respond immediately to any concerns of ours.Their professionalism and quality of work is 1st class!!

We used Cresmark, specifically Nick, to add a room to the back of our house and to convert our current dining room into a main floor bathroom and laundry room and to enlarge an upstairs main bathroom. We could not be happier with Cresmark as their work far exceeded our expectations. My initial worry was that we were going to have to be actively involved with the renovation but it took no time to realize that Nick's team was a very professional high quality team. Chris and Herb, who work for Cresmark, did unbelievably good work throughout the renovation and were very responsive to anything we needed or noticed. And if Chris or Herb didn't catch something, Nick would catch it on his daily visits. We actually didn't notice anything that needed a relook because Nick and his team always identified any of the pesky little things that might need looking after. My wife and I commented to each other that Nick has a great relationship with his trades. When he needed a trade to be at our house, they were there when expected and the work by the trades was very high quality. Everybody cared to make sure a good job was being done and not just being completed. If you are worried about how you can work with a contractor you may not know, you need not worry about Cresmark and Nick. I would highly recommend Cresmark/Nick to anyone who wants to feel comfortable that their project will be completed on time and would represent the quality you would expect. Please call them.

Cresmark built our home in Mississauga a few years ago .. they were great to work with and built us a beautiful home that we have been very happy with. Recently I had an issue with my furnace so I called them to see what they recommend we do - even though we were way past our warranty they came out and fixed the issue for us ..That is pretty amazing customer service after all these years...Thank you Cresmark. Highly recommend them if your looking for an builder who stands behind their work.

We purchased an older home a few years ago in Oakville and wanted to make it our own. Our real estate agent referred us to Cresmark to help us with our renovation. We were very nervous about doing a big reno like this but Nick and Lisa made us feel very comfortable with our decisions. The designers were very professional and gave us some great ideas.
