This is for our Porta potty service.Jason Jackson is great and does a fantastic job of keeping our porta pottys clean and usable.He is timely and always friendly and does a very good job on our site.You need to keep this guy around he's a real asset to your team.

I ordered fencing from these guys and everything was fine for a couple of weeks; then I got a call from my customer screaming that their product had been left on site unprotected.Super Save removed my fence in error along with another customer's fence. Fair enough, mistakes happen. They were quick to bring it back when I called them.I am rating one star because the one simple request I had, that I be sent an email with an acknowledgment of what happened so I could show it to my enraged customer, was too much to ask. I was promised over the phone that I would get an email from Andrew" with their fencing department but Andrew never bothered. As things stand

The Company I would for has used there paper shredding services, propane rental, and washroom rentals. Great prices and awesome service. Friendly people to deal with.

Painful company to deal with.....poor communication when requesting a quote, the emails from the representative barely made sense.Once quote was received, a random $1,000 was added the next morning. Apparently they can change the price completely after the initial 24hrs. In my case, $1,000 was added 25hrs after receiving the quote.The explanation for this was It depends when the request is made and paid".No worries.......never getting our business. :)I see from previous reviews that this is the correct decision. Make sure to read them and save yourself a lot of hassle and money!"

All bad. 0 stars.Had a contract for the rental of a garbage bin, and recycle bin with monthly bin tips, bins were behind a locked gate, and they often didn't come on the day they were supposed to, so we would pay for a bin tip that we didn't get because the gate would be locked when they got there on an unscheduled date, and then have to pay again for a call out because the bin was full and still needed a tip and they would give me a be there within 72 hours" time frame.Customer Service is poor. Not very responsive

Be aware to go with themFirst they show you shining promises and communicate with you when I sign contract with them then after some time they charge me overweight charges 60$ .. which I am not sure actually I was overweight or not ….then come to their worst part their customer service who’s took more than a month to resolve my issue and still not solve.

I've worked with Super Save on a number of projects now, and have always been happy with the quality of the work and equipment. Communication with my company contact is always smooth, with no hidden surprises. Will definitely work with them again!

Excellent firm to deal with. We deal with Luca at Super Save Calgary. Bins and Propane they have supplied for us for years. Huge National Company infrastructure they have yet they still believe in tremendously efficient and responsive customer service.

Danielle Bolduc was the driver and is very good and prompt. Anytime any of they guys on site see her as the driver we are all relieved because of her professionalism and great ability to get the job done with no hassle.

Watch out for this company's policy. Make sure you read before signing. They have it so that if you leave they decide if that's ok. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM.
