I hope you, manager, escalate this to your franchiser. I'm very sad to see the quality of Tim Hortons going down this way. Not only this location, but everywhere I go since your last purchase by 3G Capital. My last visit was a disaster, the tables and the floor were dirty. I waited a long time before I got served. The employees saw me many times, eye on the eye. I had to call someone to get served. I could barely see the cream cheese on my bagel. I remembered the time when Tim was serving a ball of cream cheese on the side of a ceramic dish with stainless steel knife.Don't say again, the staff shortage. McDonald's is doing very well since the pandemic.Good bye Tim Hortons!

Serious quality decline with coffee at this Tim. Coffee taste like water, they can't make a decent Moka coffee. The kids in the back laughing and messing around. Very disappointed it's my 3rd time in a row that the coffee is garbage, it made me go to starbucks. Even the food was bad I mean come-on, it's basic stuff that is premade and they mess that up to. Something needs to be done.

My bf stopped for coffee went inside and came back less than 5 min after and said it was clean and well run. Bravo!

Came to pick up an order for delivery. 12 donuts, 20 mins to get the box ready. Employees here work without care or urgency. Will be reporting to Uber as well.

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Slow service. I do a mobile order 10 mins before I arrive often and I still end up waiting an additional 5-10 mins once I get there inside.With 5-7 employees wandering around and it's not busy, this should not occur.

I am taking my coffee every morning from this place I have no comment about the food every thing is good but the lady who take the order her name is Linda she is very rude and she doesn’t respect people so I hope she can improve her behaviour…thank you

Hair in my food. Definitely need better cleaning. It came out of the inside of the chicken grilled wrap that is 10$+ product.

Ordered 2 ice coffees, too much ice not enough coffee, the floors were dirty, some banquet seats were broken, needs a little more attention, girl at the cash instead of giving me a 5$ bill she gave me more change, I had her tip in my hand, she doesn't have to give me back change just to receive a tip???? Service not really professional, plus there was a lot of people working there, too many!
