Called in the morning brain called me back with a price and letting me know the rear windshield could be replaced same day. They got it done cleaned up and detailed. Great service and great customer service. Brain is a stand up guy and pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

This is the first time I've had to replace a windshield and I was uncertain about the process. They made everything so easy from start to finish! Great communication, price and service! They even have a shuttle service for people in Bradford. Highly recommend!!!

Called on Thursday for an estimate on a windshield replacement. When my vehicle was dropped off on Monday, Brian was very helpful and enthusiastic to assist as our situation was quite unique. He made a few calls and was able to get a replacement windshield very quickly and did a fantastic job. The windshield was replaced the same day and the car was returned cleaner as he paid a lot of attention to the small details. The exterior of the car was also returned spotless!! Brian was very helpful and UniGlass Bradford is a highly recommended location for a windshield replacement.

For the person that was at the shop wednesday 7th around 4:40, you could have atleast come to the desk and talk me instead of ignoring me and hoping that I leave. In which that's exactly what I did. I came to the location to get some more info on your detailing service for my 1970 Ford Torino GT CONVERTIBLE. My questions would have taken 5 minutes max. While I was waiting for my son, I sat there and watch you walk around the shop. You turn the light off as soon as I step out the door at 4:47. . The part that bother me is the fact that you made eye contact when I was walking to the door. So you knew that I was coming in to the shop. Not kool.

BUYERS beware. Here is attached photos of the “work” that was done to my car. Paint chips, torn plastic, garbage left in vehicle, foam improperly placed. DO NOT take your car here. They have cause what will be 1000s in damage. The worst part when called out for it 3 men came out and attempted to gas light me. Told me the perfect inch apart paint chips were caused my stones. Told me I could just “pop back in the plastic” when it popped out?! Again, DO NOT take a luxury car here

Brian was great from start to finish. I brought my truck in for glass replacement. Brian even dropped me off and picked me up from my house. Above and beyond great customer service. Will definitely recommend and go back for future service.

We brought our 2021 Toyota 4 Runner to Adrian to have the windshield repaired . He spent over an hour trying to fix the deep hole a flying rock left . Could not repair 100 he would not charge me . We of course ordered a windshield from him . Amazing service , and family run business . Will never go anywhere else

Had a crack in my windshield.My insurance suggested that I contact Uniglass in Bradford. Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My vehicle is a Subaru Outback and the eyesight needs to be calibrated. Brian and his team ordered the windshield, performed the calibration and even returned my car washed and ready for the road. They did a great job. Would use them again for other services.
