Don't waste your time with any lorcdo they just rip people of go to Napa or online. I needed a belt they wanted 101 dollars went to Napa same belt 31 dollars .

Mark and Nyken are the best!I had a client's car that broke down in front of the shop due to a blown radiator at 7pm.. Called this store wow! they had the parts and fluids in stock! Mark was very quick and friendly on the phone and Nyken dropped it off right awayAlways gets good service!

They put you on hold and then wait till you hang up in frustration. Sat on hold for 30mins. CLearly staffing, training or procedural changes need to be made, as the don't care attitude eminates from the staff.

Called and ordered in some wheel studs for my VW. They had to bring them in and took a day. Price was decent and they got them quick. Customer service was good as well.

Tara and the staff help us a lot! Langley is one of the busiest stores around and Tara manages to make things happen. The staff are pleasant and always put our needs first. We appreciate them a lot and if there is ever a problem Tara always steps up. Thanks everyone!!!

Super slow service, many people working and no one comes to help you they all avoid eye contact. So there’s about 10 people working and about 5 customers standing at the counter waiting for someone to look thier direction

Rudest auto parts store I’ve ever been to. They told me over the phone they had a parts they didn’t have. And, they gave me the wrong brake callipers for the vehicle. Went to a different Lordco and got what I need for 2/3 the price.

Thanks for the help sorry I didn't have all the information but it would be nice if you tried to help me, left the store feeling like I'm stupid even though I didn't write the information down I was sent by my company and the girl behind the counter was rude and made me feel like I was wasting her time.
