The residents are warm and welcoming, the management are kind and considerate, the maintenance staff need to be reminded of unfinished work time-to time, other than that, it's a great place to live and safe; tight security and security cameras. GREAT AMENITIES! More than reasonable pricing on gym membership and recreational facilities. Extraordinary games room, excellent for guests!

I have had a rental property with TRC for 9 years. I would say that they have always given me as the home owner good service. Any issues with the property were related in a timely fashion. Any matters that needed addressing were dealt with in quick order. The staff has always been helpful and have maintained good communication with me. I would highly recommend their service to other owners who do not have the time or skill needed to keep up their rental property.
