Ocean Park Ford went above and beyond my expectations particularly on this visit, however, they definitely stand behind the work they do. My vehicle feels perfect on the winter roads again. Ocean park ford was great but once again Dams Ford made another mistake . I purchased a service package when i got my vehicle and the sales person sold me the wrong service package . Synthetic oil is needed in my Escape and they sold me a package which Synthetic isnt included. They said that they would fix the issue by monday and its wednesday now and still nothing . Maybe you guys can fix the issueThanks

After a couple bad experiences at another local dealer, I started bringing my Focus RS for service and couldn't be happier.The service/parts staff are knowledgeable and helpful, the drivers are friendly, and the techs go the extra mile.I recently ordered a new Bronco through Rick, I am extremely grateful for the work he put in to ensure I get the exact spec/trim I'm looking for.A few years back I purchased a Focus ST through Samir, he's an honest and all around good sales person.Thank you to Ocean Park Ford for all of the help and for the work you do!

First time buying a vehicle from a dealer and I can tell you one thing: it's not worth it.I needed a truck for work in short notice so I opted for a dealership thinking I would be provided with some sort of customer service. I mean they're a dealership and they should offer some sort of value, right?Well, after they collected my deposit to secure the vehicle, I showed up a few days later to sign the papers, etc. I don't live near the dealership so they had ample warning that I was coming. The truck was a little dirty on the outside but I was in hurry so I said I'll give it a good wash myself - no biggie. Well, once I washed the truck, I noticed that the previous owners business logo visible along the side of my truck. When I removed the cab to the truck, I also noticed that there was also a window logo from that business, on MY truck. It also had saved locations of clients and the previous owners home address still saved in the NAV computer. The inside had sugar spots on the back seats and even some tools from the previous owners business still in the truck. They had not done anything to prepare the truck for the next owner and it had been in their hands for more than enough time to at least detail the thing.The irony here was that I wanted my own truck instead of a company provided one.The Sales staff at Ocean Park were absolutely useless when the problem was brought to their attention.

I got a recall on my Maverick serviced at Ocean Park Ford. From very helpful sales staff to the service department, professionalism and the quality of service was top tier. Excellent communication and quality work done. I liked being kept in the loop with sms and email. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

What a great dealership. Went in to get a recall done on my 16 year old car and give it a checkup on the breaks, came out with everything done and they had cleaned both the inside and outside of my car making it spotless.Keep up the great work fellows I've done business with you for over 25 years and will be coming back!! Ocean Park Ford is the go-to Ford dealership in the lower mainland. Great sales and service support and everyone on the team will work extra hard to get you the vehicle of choice.They were able to secure me a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak which has been fantastic!I will definitely be back for my next vehicle in a few years!

Ocean Park Ford, was an A+ dealership on following through in repairing the cylinder heads on the 2018 F-150. Even in the challenging times in getting parts they continued to push to get all parts for our truck even though we were out of province clients. We were treated with respect!

Unfortunately the day I went in for service they were short staffed so it ended up being a long day for me. Thankfully they have a shuttle service and I was able to do some shopping nearby. Also, there was more work to do on our truck than I had anticipated (just went in for an oil and filter change but left with new rear brakes/rotors), so I was a bit frustrated by that surprise. I had to dig deep into my pockets that day! All in all it was a decent experience though, the staff's friendliness was awesome.
