Westport Sand Lake Beach
The change room and bathroom facilities are very well maintained which is very nice to see at a public beach. There is a lovely gazebo with seating and many picnic tables as well which is really nice. I used to come to this beach often as a child and it's nice to be able to bring my daughter here to enjoy it as well. We come from the Ottawa area to westport to visit the beach as our beaches are not the best to swim at and are generally too busy and over populatedI took some lovely pictures of my daughter here as well because the beach was not too overcrowded

Sand is great and was well groomed when we were there. Beach is nice. Picnic tables were great. It was not too packed but still people there.

Nice enough little port for launching canoes and kayaks while at the same time they offer access and rental to jetskis. Lots of marine plant growth and sand bugs

Really enjoyable beach for families. Went on the first really warm Sunday of the year and it was very quiet. Worth the drive for those looking to escape the crowded city beaches.

Really nice beach, sand part is well maintained and also a big grass area too. Plus there is bathrooms right at the beach which is a bonus and they are handicap accessible too.

The beach is great and surrounded by Rockies and greeneries. It has a beautiful small town, winery, and local shops. It’s small but you can enjoy a picnic, swimming, and fishing. If you come here don’t forget to check out “Village Green” local shop.

This is a beautiful little beach with a nice shallow entry. Perfect for a young family.
