Mark's has some really nice clothes. They have most of the things you have on your Christmas list which means you can, pretty much do most of your shopping in one place. They also have some great sales.

Awesome customer service. I arrived from work just as the store was closing and staff took the time to find and get my boot size out of the back storage... I really needed the boots & yes, they took the extra time for me. I do buy a lot from Mark's, & the service just reinforced my decision to buy at Mark's in Terrace.

Staff just stood around and talked with their friends the entire time I was shopping there. Got a half hearted “welcome to marks” when I walked in and that’s it. No asking if I needed any assistance etc. Their prices are a bit on the high side as well.

Just wanna say that I grew up in retail, my father owned several stores and I managed a few. He'd have been proud to have staff like this. Store faced well and racks full. Ladies with character and a connection to the community who genuinely welcome you into the store. I was mostly impressed by their willingness to spend time freely talking and giving me the sense of 'Why would I dream of going elsewhere. Big picture...."

Bought steel toed boots for my son. Great atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend going to Mark's if you needed stuff.
