Hyatt Place Toronto / Brampton

This is new establishment and its good.Staff is friendly, accommodating.Rooms are clean and decent sizeI was impressed by their breakfast service. They rotate their breakfast so thats good. They fill up things even 10 minutes before closing unlike majority of places where things vanish 30 minute before.Again as i said new establishment , we will see how things stay after 1 year or 2 years.This will be def our place to stay list whenever we are in gta region

This is a mostly standard newer Hyatt place with a bit of a quirky centric vibe. Lobby had Lady Gaga sitting area, modern decor, etc. This is in a almost entirely Indian culture area so it made sense. Staff was very delightfull. Location is quite far from Toronto"

When one stays at a hotel it’s all about the service and how they go about their role in helping guests live away from home. The hotel served its purpose In terms of location, room size, cleanliness and parking, however the test comes with the hotel staff and that was outstanding, always eager to help and confident of their roles and understanding that Customer service is so important.

Stayed here for a family wedding. Great hotel in a great location with fantastic staff and facilities. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a hotel in the area. Excellent value for money.

I enjoyed our stay here. Clean spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, very new everything, several usb ports which was nice since I forgot my box, nice pool, great service at check-in, location worked great for us, quiet, big tv, black out curtains fitness center looks good too but didn't use it, laundry with couch and ice maker on every floor and breakfast had lots of selection as well. I would stay here again

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It was one of the best hotel experiences we had. The staff was so amazing!!! It was perfect for a family. Coffee, food, snacks and a bar all onsite. We will be staying here again next time we are in town.

The hotel is super clean and staff are very polite. Breakfast was fair with reasonable varieties. It was very close to Wonderland but with much better princess than Toronto.

I was totally blown away by how fantastic and beautiful this Hotel is - it has to be A Flagship" - they've gone out of their way to make the hotel so friendly and so well equipped. The accessibility features are the best I've seen in all the hotels I've stayed at across the US and Canada. It's just amazing and they deserve every accolade in the book for their thoughtfulness and a truly wonderful hotel stay experience. They sure make the competition look silly

I read a few bad reviews before booking but decided to take a chance since it was cheaper than the HP in Mississauga. I'm glad I did! This is a brand new property and everything is beautiful. My room was absolutely massive, and very clean. The real gem of this location is the breakfast. There had to be 50 people down there but you wouldn't have known based off of the selection. There are 2 attendants each morning constantly stocking the buffet. The buffet had so many options from hot choices, fresh fruits, and a large pastries selection. There was also more than enough seating between the 3 rooms.The reception staff has also been amazing. The girl who checked us in late at night was so kind and helpful. She even offered us fresh baked cookies.This is a fantastic hotel and I will hopefully be back again someday.
