We used Kevin for a real estate transaction. I had not heard anything from them and closing day was soon approaching, when on the phone with Kevin he was very annoyed and rude when I was asking any questions. Our buying lawyer out east was trying to contact with Kevin through email just asking if he would be okay with witnessing our signatures or not. He responded through very long, angry emails instead of a yes or no. He then informed our other lawyer that we would be charged for wasting his time. He included an extra 200 dollar charge for wasting his time". When I objected to this charge during our video chat he was very rude and said to never call him again. I was not aloud ask questions in our video chat
