I like Nancy. She listens when you tell her what she wants & makes constructive suggestions.

I am not happy with the service I received. The colour is not to my liking. I asked for my hair to only be trimmed and the operator, Louise, cut it far too short and in layers! I will not use this Salon ever again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone!!!

Beware please beware!! Yesterday I decided to get gel nails done from a girl who works here and I couldn't be more disappointed. I spent 2 hour getting them done and before I left I had an entire hand lift off, not break off but lift off, and with it now being the next day I had the whole other hand lift off.She didn't buff my nails, sand that down or nothing so they would stick better just put them on straight nails so it's no surprise they came off they had nothing to hold to. They are bumpy, chunky, and the sides of my nails dont even have paint on them. After asking for a refund she refused. I hope no one else has this same experience.

I have a sensitive scalp and also haven’t had my hair done in almost a year. Nancy gave me a terrific layered cut, taking off 4” but was very careful not to cut it too short. I had a full colour as well as Nancy was very good to ask me my preferences and show me colours, and executed the colour perfectly. She was SO gentle and it was very relaxing and felt terrific. I will definitely be coming back next time. Thanks Nancy!
