Amazing people run the place! I have learned so much more about fountain pens, how to adjust nibs, and so on. They let me try the various pens, and I definitely figured out what I wanted to buy. I will definitely come back again when I need more pens or stationery. I recommend buying from them, especially given their expertise on pens!

Bustling pen shop! Brand new location in a much nicer part of the city. Staff is super helpful and they have anything pen or journal related you can think of. Even if you’re a passive pen fan, you need to check this place out.

What a great shop! I had a very pleasant experience here yesterday when buying my first (non-disposable) fountain pen. I was met with a warm greeting by a very patient and knowledgable sales associate who helped me determine the right fit for me. I must have been there for over an hour trying out different recommendations and scribbling away, but not once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. In fact I was even guided to select a pen at a lower price point then I had initially proposed, as it was a good value for quality option, very refreshing to not be upsold.Thank you very much for your patience, honesty and professionalism, I will be back!

Went in while visiting from out of town. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They let me try many pens and were patient with me. No pressure to buy. I ended up purchasing a beautifully smooth medium nibbed Waterman Emblème and cute cat pen stand. I had complete confidence in what I chose, and the store is a little gem. Good deals of good quality items too. Highly recommended and I will be a patron again gladly.

People there are simply helpful, resourceful and the friendliest. When I bought a fountain pen as gift for clients, they knew how to help me look more presentable without spending over my expectation. When I just bought a converter, they would make sure it was the right one even if it was not from the same brand to match! Best of all, no matter how much you are going to spend, they treat you the same. Love this store! Photo was taken from the last time I visited their previous location. Have so much fun there.

It’s a must go store. It’s sooooo cute and it’s not possible to come out empty handed. Employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back for a refill.

The new location is great! I have been coming here since I got into fountain pens a few years ago, it is nice to have a store to to try out the feel of the pen you want to buy. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of fountain pens, I love that they have a wide range of pens; affordable to luxury and everything in between. For ink they have a binder with swatches to show how the ink looks on paper! I'm thankful they survived the pandemic and are holding on despite the vicissitudes of the digital age.

I came across this store at the beginning of my fountain pen journey in 2021 and am extremely thankful that I did! Shannon has been a gem to work with, a fountain of knowledge and patience. My only issue - I live on the other side of the country. Thank you Shannon and thank you to your team!

Lovely people, great place to shop if you love stationery, unique paper, fun funky journals, inks, pens galore. Fountain pens!! What a great treat!

I walked in to the store to check out this pen store. They have a lots of selections and good stuffs there. I took a few pictures and videos as what i usually do for my google reviews . The first two staffs that i encountered were nice. Then this older lady inside the second half of the store told me rudely that I were not allowed to take any pictures even I told her it was for Google reviews. I didn't see any sign showing no pictures allowed. Very bad customer service. After she told me no filming, I checked the price of most of the stuff. I feel like everything is over priced. Not worth the price and customer service to come shop here, better go through Amazon.
