Great service - fast and professional. They've repaired 3 different watches for me over the past few years and every time service was good. Prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend this place.

I am so glad I found this local watch repair shop. The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very dedicated to his profession and always takes the time to explain the required repairs. He also does not hesitate to tell you if the watch is not fixable or if the repairs would exceed the value of the watch. Upon the death of my parents, I inherited a Junghans Original wall clock, which my dad bought 2nd hand in 1938 as a wedding gift for my mom.It travelled from Holland on a boat to Canada with us in 1951.In 2020 during the pandemic it needed its first ever repair.I found Tic Toc Watch & Clock Repair quite by accident while on a trip to pick up hay with my daughter, who lives in Milton.I called the shop a few days later, & inquired if the clock could be repaired.Robert the owner, told me that yes, he would be able to repair it.So once the lock down was over, I took the clock in.It proved to be a troublesome fix, as it had to be returned twice.Robert & his partner were true to their guarantee, & there was only the one time charge.Robert & his partner, were very knowledgeable, very patient, & most kind during my 3 visits to the shop.My clock is back home again, & hopefully this will be the last repair.A big thank you to both fellas, for your patience, kindness & understanding.

Drove all the way from Mississauga.Brought my Rolex, Tag and wife’s Omega for service and repair. Worked was done as agreed and cost me less then locally around my place.Thanks again.

Went in there Thursday to get a watch fitted and another watch repaired. Both the gentleman in the shop were very friendly, and knowledgeable. Took only one day for my watch to be repaired and less than 10 minutes to get my other watch fitted and back to me. Couldn't believe how fast they were, and my watch is good as new! Very thankful to have them in town, 10/10 would recommend to all.

It’s been phenomenal watching this business grow! My first service a couple years ago was to have stones replaced that had fallen out of my watch. I recently returned for another fix and was pleasantly surprised to find that they went over and above the requested work order at no extra charge. Prices are fair, repairs are timely, customer service is excellent!! Highly recommend!! 5-stars!!

Robert has helped me with a number of my watches. Waterproofing, fixing broken stems, calendar function skipping, internal damage, all fixed for the reasonable price quoted. Old school talent with friendly service! He sometimes is very busy so some extra time needed to repair is worth the wait.

This is my go to shop for watch cleaning and repairs. Very reasonable prices; compare prices with the shop in Port Credit and you'll know, Robert is less expensive and has the same knowledge and skills as the former reputable horologist I used to go to. Robert is usually very busy as he is known for his quality repairs and attention to detail. I have been to other horologists that are not busy and charge a bit less, however I had an expensive Rolex case dented from a simple acrylic polishing at a bargain repair shop in Guelph, beware! My friend also had his Rolex movement damaged by another less expensive watch repair shop in Mississauga; a lot of these places are self taught"
